I have had In-N-Out Burger at many locations and absolutely LOVE it. We made sure to visit during our vacation and it was awful at this location. The fries tasted stale and had a very weird texture- like a hard texture if I had to explain it. The flavor of the whole meal was not consistent to any other location I have ever tried. They did remake the fries after a little wait, and it tasted exactly the same - bad. Both my kids love french fries and neither of them ate theirs. We did eat the burgers, it wasn't horrible but absolutely nothing to write home about. The presentation was beautiful, but the flavor just wasn't there. I hate that I have to write a negative review, hopefully it was just their off day.
First off … This is my first time to In-N-Out. I must say that the double double was delicious. I have heard about the animal style burger and animal style fries, but I figured I would try it plain first - I did order the burger with grilled onion. The flavor of the burger was delicious. I can see after the fact why people would order the fries animal style…not to say the fries weren’t good- they were good fries, but the burger stood out to me. I walked in to order my food. When I arrived at this location in Lonetree… they had 20-25 cars in line for the drive thru. I’m sure that some people look at this as a ritual, it was one I didn’t want to go through. If you are a fan of In-N-Out burger…. I would tell you to try theCherry Cricket in Denver or Coors Field. I will be back to In- N-Out and will take the next visit animal style.
I got lost in area I went to different 7 11s and still could not get proper directions to my hotel. I decided to hit the in and out get something to eat. I asked kid a register for directions. He said! “hold on”. Took care of the customer behind me, came out, and sat on the bench to give me detailed instructions to get to my hold. I want to recognize this guy as going above and beyond! ?

It's a greasy burger place like any other. The fries were actually sub par, limp and tasteless. The burger was fine but very greasy. The first burger I got tasted like they had dumped an entire shaker of salt on it. I returned it and they gave me a new one very graciously. The people are really nice. I just don't get the mania surrounding this chain
I don’t understand what all the hype is about. Nothing out of the ordinary. Tasted fine but wouldn’t wait in the long line to get food here. Patties are on the thin side along with the fries. Shakes don’t have much flavor. The price is similar to the competition.
Longline worth every minute!!! I mean along with about 45 minutes long and we went twice and it was that long both times still worked away make sure they get it animal style everything. Great food wish they were on the East Coast.
First time eating there. The burgers were amazing but the fries could be better. Overall service is a ten.
