This was our first time visiting this location (we regularly go to the Westminster location). The food was delicious as always! The turkey is moist and perfect and the jalapeno cheddar sausage is the best sausage I've ever had! We love GQue!! Phenomenal Colorado barbeque!!
Truly the best BBQ in the Denver area. Thick slabs of melt in your mouth brisket. Jalapeno cheddar sausage gives a good kick but not overpowering. Sauces are classic and go together perfectly. Green beans are garlicky and well seasoned. Laid back atmosphere and great service. Would justify a stop every time you're south of town!
New BBQ restaurant at Park Meadows. The restaurant shares space with an Ice Cream business next door. BBQ Pork Sandwiches cost $10+ and if you make it a combo add an additional $4.99. Seating is limited inside. There is limited outdoor seating too. I thought the Sandwiches were small for the price. Inflation may have been the reason why. The restaurant was popular on a Friday.
This is our 4th time getting gque bbq for dinner. I was so surprised because the difference between gque and dickeys in Castle Rock is day and night. The food is delicious. They gave us everything that we ordered. The food also came in excellent condition, no spill and properly sealed. I love how they make sure that the food and drinks won’t spill by adding sticker and making sure you get straw, utensils and wipes. It is our thing now to order from gque bbq every week. We’re on our fourth and more to come.
Amongst the items I sampled... the beef brisket, pulled pork, and the smoked baked beans were fantastic! I think I just found my new favorite BBQ place! Good job guys!
Really great barbecue place. Not pricey and totally worth it. We had wings, brisket, and pulled pork sandwich. All of them were perfect and delicious. Would come back for more brisket and wings. May be try our their ribs as well.
This BBQ place rocks, one of my favorite BBQ places in Colorado! Staff is always super friendly and food is always high quality, fresh, and delicious. I go in there almost weekly and have always had great experiences. Walked in there today behind some guy (grown man) that had a stick up his rear and decided to take it out on the employees and throw a fit... guy was a clown, was posting a negative review on google and yelp as he was waiting for his food. Shout out to the manager that handled that clown professionally and with grace. There is a reason this restaurant has high reviews - it is simply darn good BBQ and good people!

I got the free pulled pork and fries last time. Very good. For my personal taste I mixed the hottish sauce and the savory sauce, Yummy. Just tried the wings today. I’m not a wing person but they were cooked perfectly with a nice smoky taste that came thru all the garlic pepper seasoning. Another good lunch. Next I’ll try the brisket, I’m sure it won’t disappoint
