Ordered burger, fries and 2 diff shakes chocolate and choc/peanut butter. When given the order neither shake was marked and the colors were so close you couldn't tell which was which. When I asked. The worker looked at them, then looked at my order. Then she shrugged her shoulders and said IDK you'll have to figure it out. I replied no I won't you can make me 2 new ones. To which they did but eft a parting comment about next time as I picked up the 2 remade ones. The worker pointed to one and said that is peanut butter chocolate. I had to put a straw in it to keep it from getting iced up again. Never will I go to that place again
I've only been here one time before and it was a long time ago. Decided to come here with my six year old daughter as it was just the two of us this Saturday night. We walked in and ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger, a mini cheeseburger, two fries and two drinks. AGAIN, 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks. The total was just about $39!!! For burgers and fries! I nearly had a heart attack. I couldn't believe it. I double checked with the cashier and he said yeah, people get shocked all the time. The burgers were fine, nothing life changing. The fries were fine but over salted and my daughter and I both got upset stomachs later on. These prices are outrageous. This company should be ashamed of itself. I do not want to hear anything about inflation this or inflation that. This is just down right robbery!I will NEVER come back here again.
Amazing burgers and Cajun fries, super clean inside and fast n friendly staff! Lunch for 4 with 4 big burgers and large fry with milkshake about 40 bucks, will come back again, thanks!
I love Five Guys. Their value, though, is really crashingly bad. Today's hamburger patties were falling apart in the bun, so although the taste was there, the experience wasn't. Fries were limp, undercooked and under-seasoned. Weak quality, luxury prices.
This is one of my favorite restaurant. A convenient and clean place. I will surely order again and again.
Why, oh why is this place so expensive? Prior to today, I was a Five Guys Virgin. I walked in, ordered, saw my meal alone was $21. After turning around, looking at the rest of my family and waiting for them to order, I just knew I was about to have to take out a 401k loan to feed the rest of them$90 later...here I am writing this review. Expensive for no reason. The burger is good, but it's NOT worth the price, and why is each item individually priced? What is THAT about? Also, I asked for ranch, I was told "we don't have that..." I was relieved to hear that because this is obviously the type of place to charge for that. Saved myself $5, I suppose. And lastly, throwing the fries in a bag is deplorable. The whole thing is just not for me. I wanted to join the Five Guys cult, but alas, I shan't. I gave 3 stars because my husband really liked the burger though.
Stopped in for a burger after a long day of travel, a little after 9:00pm. There were 2 other customers. I ordered a regular cheese burger and a chocolate shake. The shake was ready right away. I finished the shake and waited, waited, waited...... Finally the staff noticed that my order was just sitting there(?). What I got was a lukewarm small cheese burger with so much mayo that it just slid apart into a drippy mushy mess. If you have a choice after 9:00pm try somewhere else.
Long wait they even forgotten my order had I not mention anything just skip over my number was not as tasty for the price for 1 person I pick up and waited 20 min nope not ever agsin
Always clean, always lovely employees, not a long waiting time, amazing burgers always juicy, and fries are always freshly cooked, mistakes are great. It's not very cheap, but that should be expected with high-quality fast food.
Food was good but 9.75 for an a la carte fast food burger is just too much, sorry.
