The service was excellent but the steak so grisly it could not be cut with the dull steak knives provided. I ordered a sirloin but got an unidentifiable cut. We wonât be back
Sunday Brunch had good food. Bottles of sparkling for mimosas were 1/2 price but I got charged full price was the only issue.
We had a problem with one of the meals we had ordered, and it was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. No attitude or questions, they just took care of, no problem. We dine here regularly (once a month) and we are always satisfied with our visit. Keep up the good workâ¦.
Wry good but overpriced
Thank you Katy. Great food, great service. Congratulations Kelly!
Service was awesome! We all had burgers, just ok and really expensive. Cocktailâs were great! The celebration cake, (minus the sparkler) was pitiful. Old, dry and microscopic. We were actually laughing at how small the piece was, it wasnât anything to celebrate about! Overall itâs a cool place for a drink and perhaps an appetizer.
We came for the food and easy going atmosphere and we were delighted to have an excellent server that checked on us regularly, but didnât rush us and was friendly and professional. The calamari was a new try and we loved it!
The service was a bit slow this trip. But Earl's id still a great place to spend a evening.
When we had been before, we fell in love with the cauliflower buffalo, but this time around it was pretty much all crumbs. Very little buffalo sauce and very little dip. We werenât even given plates to eat with, for that appetizer and the truffle fries. We couldnât really mention anything because the server never came by to ask how everything is, plus youâd think that you would know what it should be presented like and not serve it that way but it was served by a food runner not the server so that was not the servers fault. It was the kitchenâs fault though. I ordered peppercorn steak and it was tasteless. I ordered it medium and it was medium rare, so I traded my steak for my husbandâs ribeye which was much better, But then he didnât get what he wanted, he got what I couldnât eat/didnât want.. The broccolini was overcooked and hard to cut and chew. The restaurant was pretty busy, so we didnât expect food to be served quickly, but when we did receive it, we expected it to be amazing and it was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The server rarely came by to check on us so that I could tell her my steak was under done and tasteless. We spent over $160, pre-tip, and what a waste of time and money- thatâs for sure. When our server finally came back to give us our check, she asked how everything was and I said âthe wine was the best part of the entire mealâ and she didnât bay an eye. She said âgreatâ and walked away. What a clueless fool!
It was great
