It's Del Taco food, they don't do anything better or worse than you would expect from the chain, other than wait time and consistency. They've made a couple of really minor errors on orders, the last one was significant, and they made it right. The drive through is slower than most places, but not so much that it's going to affect your life. Overall, good.
Ordered door dash, received an extra fry instead of the taco that comes with the burrito. Doesn't offer an option to add side sauces, such as ranch. Also gave us the wrong hot sauce packets. What's the point of specifying order details, that Del Taco themselves asks within the door dash app, if it won't be paid attention to/get fulfilled? I don't really write reviews but it's been too many times with this place.I'm a restaurant worker. I understand the struggles that any/all establishments are currently going through. But this is simply sub par service, sorry to say.
We ordered the Fiesta del taco pack and all of the burritos were wrong, we even paid extra for stuff in the burritos that they did not put in. And when I called them about the extra charges they won't answer. A very simple burrito messed up so badly for extra money, very disappointed do not recomend!
If you're going to eat fast food Del taco is way to go. It is a lot healthier than the majority of all the fast food restaurants
I had the taco Tuesday deal and literally had tacos with either no lettuce or cheese in them. The shells were stale and broken. The only consistency was that all of them had a tablespoon of beef. Ended up with a horrible stomach ache. I am a Del rewards app user and asked the manager if my earned points would expire at the end of the year. She told me "Yes". I did my own research and found out they don't unless you leave the account inactive for 6 months. Wow, what's up with managers not knowing how things work where you're the boss? C'mon Man.
We went in for a quick lunch. The restaurant was busy but the staff was friendly and staying up with all the orders. Ot was a nice change from burgers.
Great if you go. Would not recommend ordering through DoorDash though. Any time I order online my food is typically wrong. Don't try asking for items to be removed from your food as it always end up on the food anyways.
The only place open until 3am. Get your food fast, cheap, and theyve never messed up my order.
It's pretty good. Sometimes you don't get all of your food.
Waaaay better than Taco Bell's. First time eating here. Ordered 4 Carne aside soft tacos and 2 hard beef tacos. They were good. But I wish there was just a little bit more meat than lettuce and cheese. But overall, I like it for my first time. Pricing is different out here than it is in Ohio of course. But I would come back. This was my second choice after Fogo (something) was super busy. And I probably would've looked weird eating by myself there lol.
