Delivery was a FULL HOUR LATE for a catered event. :(Delivery was scheduled for 11:45am, eating at noon. The delivery drivers were parking their car at 12:40pm. They got the food set up by 12:45pm which left our guests with only 15 minutes to eat before they had to move on to the next item on the itinerary. Not to mention the food sat in a hot car for an hour.This was extremely embarrassing and made us look unprofessional with our business partners.
I ordered the nachos and they were super dry, barely any cheese, like three pieces of chicken, a couple of flavorless chips, and the toppings cost extra but they didn’t say that until it was time to pay. Very disappointing and overpriced visit. I used to go there all the time a few years ago and remember it being delicious but either this was a fluke visit or something has changed. I wish I would have spent my money at Chipotle or Qdoba.
Manager and employees here are hard workers making sure that their customers are happy. Food is great and the sweet pork is my absolute favorite!
Always a great experience and wonderful staff. Plus, their key lime pie is amazing! Always fast and friendly, good value, will keep coming back.
This place is like a family dinner every time you enter! They remember you, they chat with you and always want to make sure your food is perfect! And those tortillas!!! They have some of the sweetest employees- Alfenso, Marcos, Daniella, Kaytn and Mercielo! Keep up the awesome work.
This is the example of why some people need to be managed. There are employees who do not wear masks and they also happen to love to talk and laugh over your food. There is one employee in particular who has long beard and mustache by the name “Mercielo” I believe. He was just loud, quick, a bit too friendly with the girls traveling with us and just not an overall pleasant experience. I was told the manager was not on duty which explained the reason for chaos. I hope she will see to fix the problem.
I LOVE this place. best food and best people. the employees always remember my boyfriend and i’s order. you can tell they really value their costumers. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!
Consistently excellent Mexican fast food. Fresh made tortillas while you watch make a big difference. We love the sweet pork!
