Ordered an ice cream cake for grandson’s birthday and was able to customize to specific flavors of ice cream and cake flavor as well as illustration and decoration. Crew was absolutely wonderful, from placing the order to pick up. The cake decorator even called me to ask questions and make sure it was exactly as we wanted it. Grandson was really happy and cake was delicious. Thank you so much Cold Stone at Lone Tree!!
I think make it how you want it ice cream is the best, everything you want and nothing you dont. Coldstone has definitely figured it out.

Ordered two love it's. Receipt said two love it's. This is what arrived in delivery. Weirdest part was it was the second time in a week.....I guess it's like coldstone so it is what you get. But make sure you go in person so you don't get ripped off (or just don't go at all)
Ridiculous, always very slow customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes, then once we got to the front they took my boyfriends order and completely ignored me. Took 5 minutes for them to come back over and realize they didn’t take my order!
Customer service is lacking. Asked me to leave because I could not wear a mask. Perhaps they could have brought my order to me outside. I’ll never return.
Great service! Friendly staff. But one of the female employees was in shorts that I can only describe as ..intimates.. I dont understand why the manager wouldn't send her home to change.. It must be awful cold..
This store doesn’t make customers wear masks even though they post a sign. A kid employee claimed that it was a corporate issue. Zero management around customer safety. Will never spend money with this company again.
We were helped promptly by a kind young man. Ice cream was delicious as always.
Very bad service! Employees don’t know how to make your sundae, they forget to add basic ingredients. Also, if you ask for ‘Love it’ size you get ‘Like It’ size
