I saw a guy try to scam points on old game cards. The boss held her ground n made him pay for time on the games just like everyone else does. Had his kids in on it n everything. Glad to see it. Clean place to eat. Will be back for sure. Would like to see coupons back on download again to try to save family a little money again but in all a good experience. Staff was great.

We went for my son's birthday (7-7-22). Staff was nice. Some of the games didn't work, and the cards weren't working correctly. This is understandable, but having the place open during renovation isn't understandable. Especially redoing the bathrooms. The men's room was torn apart and closed. Everyone in the building was expected to use the women's room. Men, women, boys, girls and staff. I don't know who made the decision to do this, but it unacceptable at a children's party place.
It had been awhile since we visited this location. The remodel looks great and much nicer and cleaner. Some of the machines were not working due to being open during construction, but still plenty of games for the kids to have a great time. Greg was incredibly kind and very understanding. Greg provided a phenomenal customer experience and his genuine kindness went a long way with our family. Thank you, we will visit more often.
We visited this location on Saturday. Greg helped us with purchasing tickets and assisted us during our visit. I just want to say that Greg was super helpful and nice. Great customer service and attitude. We definitely think that he made our visit pretty much perfect helping us with couple small issues and questions. Thank you so much Greg! Best employee!

I was there for a birthday party for my granddaughter with all of our friends and family. There was the most enthusiastic employee with a great attitude who obviously had a little bit of special needs going on but was so happy to be there and participating anyways this manager woman came up to him and belittled him in front of me my granddaughter and our guests the entire room full of people loudly and disrespectfully. I was so embarrassed for this poor child his smile just crumbled into a big old frown you could tell his just whole world was ruined so sad that management would treat a special special young man like this don't go here she'll ruin your day too
Had THE BEST experience today thanks to Jordan and James! They both went out of their way to make sure my kids (and us!) had a fantastic time. We will be back to this location because of them! Gregory was super friendly and great with the kiddos. Thanks you guys for making this a place we actually want to come back to!! Keep doing what you are doing!
absolutely over priced wings!!! I paid $16.00 for 6 small wings. price gouging at its finest!! after I complained I was given a few more and these where tiny wings
we had an amazing time on mothers day. this place was so clean and the food was great. we tried pausing our card while we ate but must of did it wrong. they nicely extended it for 30 minutes for us. that was amazing because they didn't have to do that. they treated our kids like royalty. will definitely be coming back here repeatedly.
I recommend this branch for kids other than the others.They have more toys and bigger.
