Their chips are always disgusting. 5/6 times I ordered from here the chips are terrible. Very hard, not seasoned well. Twice they have been so hard they were inedible. I am not sure what they are doing to make chips that bad. Also twice the whole burrito bowl just had an off taste. They also failed to seal the bag once for door dash (sticker was there but off to the side bag wide open). I am a huge fan of Chipotle and this one just sucks. Chipotle was a consolation prize for me when they shut down Aaron Bros formerly at that location. Bring back Aaron Bros!

Online orders are always late at this location so much so that I don't order here anymore. The solution is simple for this location, currently the employees wait until they have 5 or so orders ready before they bring them out to the pickup location. Just bring them out more often, there are consistently people waiting 10 + minutes past the scheduled pickup time because of this.

Not ONE of your young high school employees have been able to properly roll a burrito during my last 5 visits to your location. Normally this isn’t that big of a deal that warrants a negative review- but when your burrito is twice as wide as it is tall, not sealed (not even close) on ANY side (including the foil), and resembles a large soft taco in shape, something needs to be said. This visit it completely fell apart immediately upon picking it up and I had to request a bowl to put it in. Total mess and changes the flavor as well.To the manager: take the next Sunday morning you have, gather your team before opening, and hold a meeting teaching how to execute a basic job function of a Chipotle restaurant- rolling burritos.I work in the area and will drive out of my way to visit a different location from now on.

How did delivery schedule to pick up, $350 worth of food. The order is on the table and the lady tells me that it's ready to go but she can't give it to me until 10:45, so you've got hot food ready early but you're going to make it sit and wait for another 7 minutes... It's the first Chipotle that's not open their doors a little early for a large order so to anyone thinking of ordering Chipotle especially catering might want to pass on this location.*Update* they opened the door 2 minutes late to let me get the order and then we're somehow angry with me like they were frustrated at having to do so much work in the morning to put together a catering order. Whoever's in charge of this location needs to take a good hard look at this crew and think about making some staffing changes.

Staff was amazing!! My mom recently had a stroke and was so confused and the staff was so patient and so kind tonight!!! Kudos to the whole staff team that worked tonight you all deserve a raise for sure. Love from our family to you all!!!

BUYER BEWARE! First time at this location. I placed an online order at 5:10 pm for a pickup at 6:10 pm. I’m pretty sure they made it right at 5:10. My food was cold. My husband’s burrito was 4 inches!! That’s right. FOUR INCHES LONG!! Worlds smallest burrito! And they filled it with chicken and that’s it!!! No rice. No beans. No salsa. No cheese. No sour cream. My daughter is allergic to milk and instead of giving her the apple juice that we ordered, they gave her milk. I ordered a side of guac with my meal but they didn’t give me any of my sides including the guac I paid for. Wow. This is by far the worst experience at a Chipotle we have ever had. For all my Chipotle fans, please stay away from this location! You will spend $40 on food and get ripped off!

The staff here was very nice tonight. I had a situation where they were closed unexpectedly for plumbing issues and I wasn’t able to pick up my online order earlier this week. I wasn’t able to get a refund through the app, and I was very frustrated when I arrived to a closed store. Tonight I talked to the staff, they were very great and made things right. I really appreciate great customer service. One star off because I come here for lunch a lot and sometimes my order isn’t done in time, and is sometimes missing napkins.

Ordered ahead via mobile for a selected time pick up. When I got there it was no where near ready and I had to sit for 20 minutes waiting for it to be made while the entire location had 0 customers. 5 employees were working and 3 of them on staff were doing literally nothing. I used to work in the food industry and that is just laziness. Management needs to work on this.

Why do your workers feel the need to stop mid making a burrito to ask their coworker what time they close (AN ENTIRE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING) to make us feel bad for being in there? & why are yall so GREEDY w the ingredients as if i’m not paying almost 10$ for 1 burrito?

Chipotle is generally great, but this location is lower quality than the 2 other locations within a mile.Specifically this chipotle doesn't know how to chop onions and green peppers. The Chester and Mall locations both chop their onion/peppers finely to add flavor, this location cuts large thick chunks that cause overpowering flavor. Take a lesson from your sister stores!
