Bad service rude staff,Dark black guacamole , beans weren’t cooke wellRice was very chewy raw lettuce totally yellow in colorNothing was fresh and good like other places.I love chipotle but not this one. Don't go there ,You have other options.

I worked here. The staff is rude, and the manager over works everybody. Her priority is herself.One of the managers was inappropriate with one of the coworkers I had, and everyone said nothing.
they have laughed at my order before, and they often look miserable when making my food... It’s one of the healthier options in the mall and that’s the only reason I continue to come to this location, but they need to train their employees on people skills...
Amazing. I come here almost every day for my lunch break, no matter how busy it is the staff is always kind, respectful, and efficient. They do not deserve the bullsh*t some people put them through. Every person I’ve met at this location is phenomenal. Can’t add enough stars.
Whoever the tall dark haired “manager” who works days is- she needs to go. She is Careless, messy and rude. I almost always order a cheese tortilla and she asks like it’s such a chore to make. I know it takes a while to make and I’m fine with the wait but it’s been packed up into someone else’s bag TWICE because she wasn’t paying attention. She’s constantly talking to other employees not her customers and she rarely tried to keep her customers engaged. Everyone else is friendly and quick and efficient.
