Worst service of any restaurant in the area. The employees ignore patrons standing at the hostess stand. Once the hostess wakes up and acknowledges their need to perform their job, the hostess always attempts to fill the bar area, which wouldn’t be a big deal if the bartenders actually cared to wait on the people seated around the bar. But they do not. I just waited 15 minutes without being able to place my order, again (like any stable person, I walked out after the 15 minute mark). This is 15 minutes after having received my drink from the food runners from the kitchen, an obvious acknowledgment of my presence. I’ve now experienced this multiple times at this location. This is obviously the norm at this restaurant, not a one off or two off experience. Chili’s, you couldn’t pay me to come back in or recommend you to anymore. What do you have to offer that is worth recommending?
Super nice people!! I set at the bar and Contraro (I think) was the nicest guy! Made me feel welcome and chatted for a few minutes even through he was busy. I would recommend the Santa fe salad with chicken, dressing on the side. 5 star.
The service was excellent and the food was very good. The restaurant is smaller opposed to Texas but the staff is very polite and attentive. What surprised me was the size of the rib-eye which was much bigger than the thin wimpy thin ones back home in Texas. Also the cook deserves kudos because it was cooked exactly how I requested. Overall a great place to stop by watch some Avalanche hockey and get a great meal when you can’t find anything else on a late Sunday evening in Lone Tree.
Food was yummy. Staff was nice. Floors were a little dirty with trash. But I'm sure they are short staffed like everyone else since nobody wants to work.
Absolutely luv chili's. I haven't found one yet that I don't like. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice and respectful. Luv it ???
It was ok...ordered grilled lime shrimp tacos & southwest egg rolls. Tortillas were kind of cold. I like my food hot. Saved a taco & heated it up at home. Tasted much better!
The three item for $10.99 deal brought me in the door! Food and service were great! I’ll be back!
Good stop for lunch, was a bit slower than we would have liked since we were on lunch break but our food was tasty, The steak I ordered was actually cooked medium rare and I was surprised as well as delighted. A manager of sorts (I assume) came around to check in our experience, which was probably the weirdest part of our visit. It was just how he approached our table, rather than asking how everything was approached a bit more accusatory, stating "The steak was cooked properly, right?" It just seemed like he was ready to yell at someone in the back. Very strange. We really did have a pleasant experience with our food except that awkward moment.
Avoid! I went in today on Veteran's Day, to see if they were doing free Veteran's meals (I'm a combat war vet and maybe the least I can get in this life is a free meal once a year). They did have the Vets menu, I ordered a beer from one of the generous waitresses, because the bar tender ignored me and proceeded to ignore me for 20 minutes, I paid for my beer and left... So short story long, I went to this Chilis for their free Veterans meal and left with an empty stomach and a bar tab. Bartender could've at least comped my beer (Oh and I had my DD214 sitting on the counter). #Unwoke
