I love the spicy chicken sandwich meal! So fresh! Lemonade was delicious! Got a chocolate chip cookie nice and warm. The staff is amazing so kind and courtesy and smart!
This is the worst chickfila I’ve ever walked into. Trash everywhere, floor appears never to be mopped, half the store inside is partitioned off for whatever reason. Trash cans with tons of stuff all over it in the middle of the store next to tables. Appears a high school child is running the store. I have never been more disgusted in my life.
They were training as it is a mall chicfila…. However it was like 12 minute wait and the undoing is stepping up to finally get our food and a baby cockroach crawled up the wall next to us :O
This is the second time this restaurant is messing up my order. My whole family loves Chick Fil A because they are in order, the order is always right, fast and efficient. But this particular location is the worst, the line is super long because the workers are just talking and not taking the work seriously. Hope you will change because you will ruin the reputation of Chick Fil A in general.
Always get super friendly service here and food is always hot and fresh. Selena and Aubrey especially make sure to go out of their way to provide super friendly service every time I'm there and remember me by name.
