We were very surprised in how they were not very busy compaired to other Chick-fil-A's we have visited. A very quiet breakfast morning. Food was hot and prepared the way we like it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can only say this restaurant is tucked away from main traffic and that may explain why they were not to busy. Love Chick-fil-A.
The play area is closed (it appears semipermanently) and being used for offices. The service was exceptionally slow, even when the lunch rush had died down. When my four year old asked if he could turn in his kids’ toy for an ice cream, he was told yes by the manager, but we waited for about five minutes and had to leave before she even came back. We were very disappointed.
i bought a salad for over $9 and got this. bad service and the very trovering manager
Never rated chick fil so low, but they completely messed up my order. I did not find out until I was in my room 25 minutes later. Ordered kale salad x2, received side salad with no dressing. Being in a hotel, I don't travel with dressing so salads were inedible.
Filthy restrooms at 9am with a caution wet floor sign indicating someone had recently attempted to "clean". Floors in dining room are sticky with a film on them. I was the only customer at the register waiting to order and the manager and another employee walked right by me, didn't acknowledge me or attempt to take my order. I left without ordering food which I think is probably a good thing given how filthy the place is. This is disappointing as I love chick FIL a and usually have an excellent experience but I guess each franchise is different.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Our sandwiches and fries were cold. The cashier messed up my sandwich and then refunded me and charged me for another one. The floors were extremely slippery. We told the staff as well as another customer. They chose to do nothing about it. Another customer got up from her seat and fell on the floor. I had to yell at the staff behind the counter that the woman had fell as they only looked and asked her if she was OK. They didn't run over to check on check on her. After the woman was back in her seat the team lead came to us and told us that they were without an operator,which in my mind is no excuse. It is a horrible ran Chick-fil-A. They did not even have signs up letting customers know the floor was slippery. The lobby should have been closed. We will never return to this Chick-fil-A.
every other chick fil a ive gone to has been able to make the tenders during breakfast as long as i wait. also update! i found a hair in my chicken.
They frequently miss items in your order. The real problem is how slow they are. They're right next to In-N-Out with a line up to the main road and yet the drive through is somehow slower just around their own building. We've actually left the In-N-Out line after 10 minutes, looked at the last car in line there, gone to chick fil a, and the line was all the way through, we've done that twice and decided to stop going back.
The good: literally everything I’ve ever tried and how fast you get your food if you order inside.The bad: the ridiculous drive through lines. Just get off your butt and order inside. It literally takes 3 mins to get your food and you can walk back to you car and drive by the 30 car pile up that wraps all the way around their location.The ugly: the faces of all the people in line who watch you walk out after 3 minutes with a smile, because they haven’t even ordered yet. Jeez.
