I would give two but gave a third for friendliness. The fries were overly salty and the veggies in my steak sandwich were chopped way to big. The Charley’s in my hometown, always cut their veggies nice fine and thin. And also for lettuce all they had was diced romaine!! Like really it should be finely shredded. I like Charley’s and would definitely have it again. But it was not as tasty and cheesy as I’m used to.
Never been to a Charlys, but it was good. Philly cheesesteak was good. Bacon cheese fries were good. Blueberry lemonade was good.
I ordered from this location on January 19th via Uber Eats. The order was received with this bug in it. I reached out to Uber Eats that evening right away and than again tonight with no response. Never eat there again. No refund given.
Very quick service, tasty food
I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually good. Today I ordered two sandwiches and fries. They gave me one sandwich and a fry. I went back minutes later to tell them they only gave me one sandwich and they were so rude. The guy at the end of the line who calls out your number, told the other employees he gave me two. Very frustrating when you wait 15 minutes and then don’t have all the food you paid for.Very bad experience!!!!!
This is my second time having Charleys. I like it overall. The price is not that bad and I felt I got a lot of food. I could barely finished it all in one sittingIf you are tired of the normal fast food establishments, I recommend getting this in substitution.
Their food is really good. I have no complaints.

I've had the cheesesteaks lots of times and they have always been good. But I had a problem with this order. I ordered a cheesesteak with onions,peppers ,lettuce,tomato no pickles.I don't like pickles because I'm allergic to vinegar. So I get my sandwich and what do I get. A box with lettuce, tomatoes, covered in PICKLES. So even though I ordered no pickles they covered my lettuce and tomatoes in a bunch of pickles. I couldn't even use them because they smelled so strongly of vinegar I knew not to even attempt to eat any.
I love this Charley's - it has a great team behind it. I work at Park Meadows (and eat here probably more often then I should) and have seen them in all sorts of situations: normal lunch and dinner rushes, absolutely slammed, totally dead - each time the service is consistent and given with a smile. I *without fail* always order my sandwich with something either added or removed and I can't seem to recall if it's ever been wrong. The staff are super friendly. Food is great. What more need be said?
