I rated it a 3, just due to the very first person who greatest us never smiled, never greatest us warmly. She simply came over with a frown didnt say anything to is. Grabbed two menus and said follow me. Sat us down and walked away. First impressions are BIG.Food was wonderful service was ok. But still better than the greater.
This place is a good chain restaurant. I like chain sometimes actually. They have a lot of healthy options. We had the Waldorf salad. Very nice. Also Bree and mushroom soup.
Love their menu, waiter was nice however the chef's amd wait staffdidnt seem to pay attention to the order. A side of edamame doesnt mean to put on the pizza. The next pizza was no onions or scallions, guess what it had onions and scallions. More training needed.
Ordered Pizza, pasta and cauliflower appetizer. They were pretty good. Would definitely recommend this location.
We scheduled our order 5 hours early for delivery... then 15 min before it was supposed to be delivered, the order was canceled. We tried to reorder and that order was canceled. I called and they kept claiming they never received any order and kept saying "there's nothing we can do". They made no effort to provide a solution or help to get us our food. Complete waste
Extremely bad service from the Manager named Flor. She was rude and inattentive. Ordered the Tostada pizza and they got it without any Jack cheese or any cheese on it. Called her to bring this to her attention and she said, she can’t do anything and will let the chef know to be attentive! The server was a good guy but the food and Manager were lousy! Do not recommend this place as it lack good service. Pizza without cheese for $18 sucks!!
Why does nobody come here?This place is practically a hidden gem. Fresh delicious food and drinks, low wait times, and close proximity to the mall! Why isn't this place swamped all the time!My favorite dish is the garlic cream fettuccine. It is so creamy and delicious with great noodles. Add chicken or shrimp and you got a great dinner.And don't forget the pizza, it is in the name after all! Tons of creative options for everyone!If you're a traveler on the interstate or just hungry after a day at the mall why not come here? You will not be disappointed!
Went to CPK last night with my friend and her boyfriend. Food was excellent, service from our server was excellent and the GM Henry Gutierrez is fantastic. Will be back!!!
The food was good. The service was better. The only reason for the four stars is that there as a strange smell in the restaurant that was not particularly appetizing.
I have had better experiences at other CPK locations, namely in Tampa Bay area! Service was slow (due to low staff) chef's were horrible as I received under cooked chicken on my pizza, took chicken off and cooked chicken but never reheated or heated the pizza which took near 25 minutes to receive the pizza back. Other people with me had cold food and it took 20 minutes to get food heated. After a tiresome service, never once offered to fix things, etc. Stuck with the entire bill, we paid the $80 and walked out leaving everything on the table. I won't be back. Save your money and go elsewhere --- you'll get better service and better bang for your buck at Chili's!
