Order took over 20 minutes. Watched 2-3 other carry outs get there orders even though they came in 10 minutes after we did. Wings were dry, fries had a strange seasoning. Just eh.
Great food. Great service. ...ordered to go and had everything perfectly ready when I arrived. Order the Cajun corn on the cob . So good.
We didn't get our ranch, they ran out of large cups so they gave us three smalls instead of two larges, the soda machine spat out seltzer water with no syrup, they didn't have hickory BBQ sauce so we got Hawaii sauce (which was awful), and the Cajun corn tasted as bland and soggy as oatmeal. To top it off, they wouldn't issue a refund until I drove back to the store, as if I had hatched some elaborate plan to steal their horrible food. When I got to the store, he asked for my debit card -- I left it at my apartment. He tried to say he couldn't help me, but eventually gave me a cash refund.Worst. Experience. Ever. I used to love Wingstop restaurants. I'd sooner rip off my arm and throw it in a river than attempt to eat there again.
Their wings are usually good and cooked well. This time, they were slightly overdone. Not enough to send back, but enough to notice. Their fries are among my favorite. I wish they would switch to a number rather than a name when your order is ready. My last time there, someone else with my same name grabbed my order, are some fries, opened the food, realized their mistake and returned it asking for their order. To my horror, the staff member looked at the order, closed the bag, and called my name again. They refused to prepare a fresh order. Clearly staff needs better trained on food handling. I now wonder dropped food similarly gets bagged and handed to the customer.
Good food! However the employee Canyon was incredibly rude to my friend, she went up to get her food and he laughed as she walked away, would be a coincidence if it happened once but it happened both times she went up. he looked unhappy and he didn’t wanna be there and it showed, he also rolled his eyes when my friend went to go get her wallet after she forgot it, we were the only ones there, shouldn’t have been a problem. I got the wrong order and he seemed unwilling to help, the manager on duty however was very nice and explained to me the situation and helped out (i didn’t get the name but very nice man!) but this employee needs his attitude checked if he’s gonna work customer service.Only one star for the manager who was nice about the order wrong. Seriously get your staff to fake it till they make it if they’re unhappy or fire them. I’ve been a manager before and it’s totally unacceptable behavior, customer service is very bad here and so was his attitude.
if i could i would give this place zero stars. to start with they messed up our order and we had been really chill about it and just wanted a fix. but i draw the line at being laughed at multiple time. walked up to get my food and the worker canyon laughed along with other workers. after going to pick up my second order they did the same thing. no one has said anything that would be deemed as funny. i was the only person at the counter. he rolled his eyes at me after i stepped away at the beginning of my visit due to the reason i had forgot my wallet in my car. as a manager from a sandwich shop i would NEVER allows my staff to act like this to a customer. i understand it can be hard working in food but to laugh at someone more then once is really messed up. most likely not be returning. wing stop please get you staff in line.
Worst experience of my life! Got them burnt & then want to look at me stupid when i brought them in & had an attitude about having to make more! Will never come to this one again! David is the worst “manager”
Ordered here on super bowl Sunday. They were understandably slammed, but their system was efficent and employees were friendly. My order was perfect, which doesn't always happen in such busy conditions.
I use to really love this location but the quality has gone way down. 3 times in a row they have messed up my orders, maybe it’s because I order online but they always get my flavor and dips wrong ever time. If you do go to this location please check your order before leaving.
Waited an hour on our food, they didn't give us any of our ranch and everything was cold because our food sat in the window for over 10 minutes while the employee put together veggie trays.
