One evening during rush hour, I decided to avoid traffic and get dinner at Wild Ginger. It was a great decision that I made despite initially getting deterred from the exterior.Once I walked in, the ambiance felt so authentic. I was greeted immediately and walked into the dining room with friendly faces from the staff.We ordered a pad Thai and pineapple curry. The Pad Thai is one of the best that I’ve had in Colorado. It was not dry like other ones and was so flavorful. I could taste the depth and complexity of flavors.The pineapple curry was also amazing. It was creamy, spicy, then the pineapples added a fresh zing.I don’t come into the side of town often, but I’ll be sure to always stop by from now on. The service is so fast and welcoming. The food is authentic and delicious.
Today, I am near by Littleton Old Town, I remember a family owned Thai restaurant I used to go, and here I am. Pad Thai noodles and Thai iced tea is today’s Lunch. Friendly staff with traditional Thai uniform, clean tables, clean clean clean. Very tasty good size shrimp and the noodle is perfectly seasoned and not too spicy as I requested. Good job Wild Ginger. I am a very happy customer, 5 stars it is.
I recently visited Wild Ginger for the first time while in the Littleton area, & I already can't wait to return!! My dining companion and I arrived during what seemed to be near the tail end of the lunch rush, so we had to wait for a table for 10-15 minutes, but it was well worth every single minute because both the food and the service were impeccable! The appetizers and entrees alike contained very high-quality meats with flavors that were spot on. Our server was very kind and attentive, & the wait time once seated was incredibly reasonable. I'm excited to have a new thai place, though I wish I lived closer to this one!
I'm Thai and I like it. The flavors are very strong and delicious. Lots of dish options as well. Best Thai food place I've found around here so far. Service was on point. My water cup was never empty!
Eggrolls were divine. It had a dual layer of addicting crunch, and the filling was flavorful. It was the closest to my boyfriend's mom's eggrolls, and she is Thai/Lao.We had the lad na, and it was authentic and comforting. Really great dinner experience.

The best Thai food I have ever had. And always good friendly service. I have been coming here for 30 years and the food is still the best Thai food I have ever had. The Panang Curry and Drunken noodles are amazing!
I have been going to Wild Ginger for years, since I was a little kid. I love the Thai food here and have not found another place that compares. My recommendations:Tom Kha Gai soup: creamy, thick onion slices, I recommend getting medium spice level.Panang curry: Amazing for curry lovers, recommend medium.Pad Bai Ga-Prow, Khao Pad, Pad Thai, Garlic Chicken: excellent entree options.Wontons: fresh and crispy!For the cream based dishes, I personally recommend medium. Otherwise, be careful, the hot here is HOT and I have never been able to even try the Thai hot.
