I just want to say Thank you Stacie and Leslie for all your hard work and dedication you put in here as Managers you both go above and beyond. I am a employee so maybe this isn't allowed but I want them to be recognized Stacie and Leslie be a dishwasher a cook a server a buyer a host food prep any positron that we are understaffed they. Fulfill as well as Supervising and managing as Well I've never worked anywhere where the GM works so hard I appreciate it so much and want to work as hard as they do.Also I would like to thank our Guests for understanding covid has taken so many away and understanding that 95% of the time we are understaffed and Are s stepping up and taking on many different roles. And only want to give everyone great service great food and look forward to your return. And sometimes we fall short. PLEASE ANYONE WITH ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR DINING EXPERIENCE are welcome to approach me and tell me what's going on So I can fix it while you are there dining with us. One of the few remaining Village inn locates, but the deserve it.As a Colorado staple restaurant they offer great atmosphere and are a must to try at least once.I really like this location the have food out in a punctual manner and the food is always top tier!

Walked in looking for Country fried Steak and Eggs and all the fixins. The place was empty except for two good ole boys having breakfast. No one there to greet and seat, so I waited about five minutes until a waitress came out. She seated me and I ordered coffee. She left to go get my coffee and after another five minutes I figured it wasn't going to get any better so I left and went to waffle house.

First and Foremost, very very very upset with my experience at this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Giving this place 1 star is gracious of me as is. Lady that greeted us before siting us was ok. She sat the 4 of us down, we sat there… for 20 minutes waiting for someone to even come up and say hi to us or even get our drinks. We sat there wondering when is someone gonna say hi, let alone even acknowledge us. They were fully staffed but didn’t seem to care to stop at one of the biggest tables in their location. We up and left without hesitation. We came to the Lakewood location, and by farrrrr a lot better of an experience. We were greeted immediately and our drinks came in and out within 3 minutes. You guys need to learn from the Lakewood location. Figure out new staff, find a way to be happier about your lives because treating people like they aren’t even there is a bit ridiculous.

Food was delicious. Staff were obviously undertrained or overworked or undermanaged. Just simple etiquette things like waiting until everyone is finished eating before bringing the check. I may have wanted a piece of pie. We will never know. Not asking if we wanted to split the check (group of 4). Little things like that can change a good eating experience into a great experience. Just #foodforthought

Food was good as we expected, but the staff was not friendly at all, seemed like none of them wanted to be there.

We’ve been here for 50 minutes and I just received my coffee. Service is terrible. It’s worth driving to a different location.

We had Breakfast - banana-strawberry French toast and poached eggs and ham. The eggs were ok, the french toast was great. The waitstaff was going through the motion of being interested but it might of been a long shift for them. Menu has been reduced and so has the available pies. I would guess it was because of Covad .

Our server was nice but didn't manage her time well, which made service slow, by the time the creamer came the coffee was cold etc... the music being played in the kitchen was very loud overpowering the music played in the dining room. Food was ok, wasnt impressed enough to go back.
