One of my new favorite local eats! The environment and vibe of this restaurant is what really got me. The food is good, cooked well and very fresh. Both our meals were fantastic. The menu is a bit limited, and I wish there were some more options outside of the fried chicken. Additionally, the prices are a bit high but the quality and quantity make up for it. We sat outside and it was so lovely to eat next to the lake. Our server, Nick was amazing too. Our cocktail was very strong, but no complaints! Overall, a great place for a date night, brunch, or even a solo meal with a good book! We will definitely come back soon!
My husband and I went for an early dinner about 4:00 pm, it was not too busy. I ordered a large wedge salad, they brought a small. I mentioned I ordered the large with the dressing on the side. They then brought the large. It was a true disappointment. Wilted lettuce, hardly any toppings and a lot of dressing poured over which I asked for a side of dressing. No point in saying much since they already screwed it up once. My husband ordered a hamburger which he said was good, but the fries were soggy and cold. Won't be back!
My husband and I finally decided to stop in for a lunch date and we had such a nice time! To start the atmosphere was just nice. Not to mention they were playing my favorite band, Lord Huron!! The hostess and our server were so nice and friendly. We got a summer special, the watermelon salad. It was so fresh and delicious. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich and I got the chimichurri steak. I swapped the rice for mashed potatoes and it was fantastic. All around great food and vibes!
Such a great little spot by the lake. Sitting on the patio at dusk having drinks and some amazing food, was the making of something out of a novel. All of the staff was super nice and had big smiles the whole time while being amazing. Sorry i only have pics of the patio and drinks. But everything was well priced for my friend and I. I was super hungry after working all day and then walking the lake. Next time ill promise pics of the food.**Tip** Bring a date here for a little by the lake romantic evening.
Excellent Food and Service. Really like the Shrimp on the Fish and Shrimp Combo. The Chips and Dips were great. Atmosphere was spectacular with one of the few good lake view restaurants I have seen in Colorado. Prices are reasonable for what you get and where you are. Happy Hour prices make even better.
I've been wanting to try this place for awhile, but for some reason when I looked at the menu it just didn't sound great. I went tonight and was very pleased, even with a little drizzle on us out on the patio. The 4 pc Henny Penny chicken was fantastic; I had the Nashville Hot- the flavor was great and it was pretty spicy. The green chili mac-n-cheese was really good too; the green chili was a great addition. The walleye was really tasty, but maybe a bit over cooked for my liking. The lemon-garlic spinach was also very good- I'd recommend it or the green chili mac for a side. We tried the fried pickles and they were good and lightly battered, which is what I like.Great place to go with the family and sit out on the patio or a nice big bar if you want to go have a drink and get some munchies off the happy hour menu.
This was an excellent stop for my family and I! We were able to get a table immediately, and were able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.The staff was extremely nice and helpful! Kudos to them for being so polite and kind to my family and myself. The food itself is quite delicious. I had Cajun fish which was perfectly cooked and all the sides were excellent. I would definitely come back here again for a nice lunch. Although I have not experienced dinner, I am sure this is a great restaurant for your family and friends to come to in the evening.Definitely visit this place when you have a chance as it is very worth it and you have an excellent view of the lake!
Great service, location..food and drinks. 5 stars ill be back thank you. Fried chicken and sweet potato fries perfect. And was yummy. And wow your ranch...gotta bottle that stuff.
Ordered the Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwich. Sounded good on the menu, but the chicken was tough and stringy. The menu said thigh meat, but it should not have been so tough and over cooked. The sauce was good but it just stuck to the bun. Gives Nashville a bad name.
Very busy, always have to wait, but well worth it. We love the chicken ranch salad. Hubby likes the sandwiches. This time I ordered the walleye dinner grilled with be spinach and mushrooms. SO good!!
