Great customer service. We had Shanna (Italian) as our waitress, who was very friendly, animated, and left the impression that she loves her jobI ordered salad which was very good. We also read the back story about the Cheese cake Factory.I had a really nice time. I took my cheese cake slice home. ? Yummy!
I just wanted to share how wonderful the staff are that work here. I tried to Door Dash Cheesecake Factory last night and the door dasher delivered to the wrong address and refused to get me another or give me a refund. I called the store and they were more than happy to remake it for me. They were so sweet and kind and even reported my driver for me! The food was also exceptional. It made the whole fiasco worth it in the end. I will definitely be eating here again in the future. In person this time :)
I ordered a burger for pickup and came in to get it when it was supposed to be ready, but the first was over cooked on a medium so they had me wait up front while they cooked a second, and for the inconvenience I was given a free slice of cheesecake. Left happy. However, when I returned to my job already late from my break because of the wait, the second burger was completely raw. Very disappointing. Not sure how you cook a raw burger that was meant to be medium.
The waitress we had, I believe her nickname was V, was amazing. She gave us extra bread in a bag at the end of the night and to go drinks just out of her kindness even though we had already payed and tipped. Best service I have had for a long time. The food is higher-class chain restaurant standard with lots of options and such. Good food and amazing service, thank you!
4 of us went and all of us loved our food and still got cheesecake, because it's a must here. All 4 different slices and each of us thought they were all amazing.Customer service was great, fast, attentive, we ended up leaving 30% because it was obvious the service was a team effort and we really liked our experience.
We had lunch today at cheesecake Factory. The service was terrible and we sat for an hour, waiting on our food. The server was rude and we had to ask another guy for boxes to go. I never had this happen. I always say good stuff about this location too. I was very disappointed today.
Service was great and quick. The food is always amazing. Had the Louisiana chicken pasta. Definitely recommend trying it.

We had the worst experience here. Got in at 11:20 and our food was not rang in until 11:40. We weren’t that hungry so only ordered a salad, soup, and spinach and cheese dip. Finally got the good at 12:20. The waitress didn’t even apologize once! This is ridiculous for simple food, it should not have taken this long. To make matters worse, the cheese dip was disgusting! It had a sweet favor, spinach and cheese should not be sweet… a place this expensive should not be this horrible. We will not be returning.
This place has really gone down since I last came here many years ago. My steak was over cooked, over salted and greasy. Made me lose my appetite. The service was incredibly slow, we waited almost an hour for our food to reach the table. Also they no longer give you a free cheesecake slice on your birthday, only a small sundae.
