Decided to give this place a shot with my son for the first time. Needless to say it will be the last. The eggrolls and pot stickers were burned beyond crispy and the food was subpar. If you want excellent food, Tokyo joes is near by and you wont be disappointed there and will spend less
One of my favorite places! Great for a quick bite; not to heavy with a nice serving of cooked veggies. Overall great experience every time I go, though there is frequently a wait and not the most accommodating space for it. Still, walking away satisfied 9/10 times.
Very much a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes chicken is burnt. I have tried their curbside pickup multiple times and have to end up going in to receive my order, whenever this happens it’s not busy at all in there. would love to see this place get better cause I do enjoy the food
I was the first in line to order and me and my family were the last to get served, my daughters noodles where missing the sauce to them, my chicken portion was poorly served, and they almost forgot to give us out side of green beans. Their salmon was also really tasting like they hadn't scraped their grill all day ?. Yikes! Every time I go in it's a bad experience unfortunately.
I never write reviews but now is the third bad experience I’ve had here and now I’m never coming back. I usually come here in person and get sub par service while having to wait 30 minutes for a bowl. This time I get Uber eats deliver and the food is cold and instead of giving me Pepsi they just gave me diet because who cares right? Lack of training and terrible service is what this place is about never coming back
The portions were great and the freshness of the food is what I love about this place. I got the reg steak bowl & hubby got large spicy bowl. Good balanced portion of all 3 items: rice, veggies and protein. Will definitely go back!!
Pretty good for fast casual food. As the name implies, most dishes on the menu are based around the flavor of teriyaki. We had noodle bowls and they were good. The ingredients are mediocre quality at best, but it's what you should expect for this price point and this type of restaurant. Definitely a step above most fast food, yet not the caliber of Modern Market, Chipotle, Tokyo Joe's, or Garbanzo.
This place has really gone downhill. Teriyaki Madness used to be a favorite. The last few visits have been disappointing. Tonight was the absolute worse. I ordered spicy tofu with brown rice and broccoli. The rice is so hard and crunchy that I can't eat it - I had to toss it out. The rice is old and reheated. I ate the tofu and the broccoli but it definitely wasn't fresh. I used to love that the food was fresh but it isn't the same. I won't be returning.
First I want to say that I absolutely love teriyaki madness. normally most of the restaurants I have been to have been good. I haven't had any issues other than with this particular location. I went for the first time last week and ordered a big bowl and when I got it home they hadn't made it correctly but that wasn't a big deal. The issue started when I took my first bite. I had an allergic reaction to a food allergen or a pet allergen, it seems like a pet allergen because I'm highly allergic to pets. I took one bite and immediately started having an allergic reaction and almost ended up taking myself to the hospital. I don't feel like they're very clean at this location. I also emailed the company itself and got a response from the owner of the restaurant and they gave me a refund but I still don't feel it's very safe to go eat there if you have allergies.
Visited 1/10/22 bout 7:30pm. This was our 2nd visit. We've learned to be patient and understanding because we know there's staff shortages everywhere. But that's not an excuse for bad service. Had to wait a bit, ppl that came in and ordered after us got their order before us, not a huge deal. We ordered an 8pc potsticker, received 6pc. Ordered fried rice for my son's meal, got home and found mushy, sticky noodles. So either the girl at the register messed up the order, the cook messed it up, or the same register girl didn't check it when packing it up. Wasn't busy at the time.
