I ordered a spicy bean burrito from a young lady that needs a serious attitude adjustment and received a bean burrito no green chili went back and told them about the mistake and was accused of being a scammer because I had eaten some. The rude women said “ you ate thatmuch before you noticed “ I will be driving the extra distance to another tb. Loyal Taco Bell lover just never again at that location.
Just my husband and I went, cost $33 for 2 people (outrageous) no receipt was given in the drive-thru, all of his food was ordered without tomatoes due to an allergy, when I called was treated disrespectful on the phone and no solution given. Our very large household will never go back.
Ordered 12 tacos got ten. Ordered 2 bean burrito without onion both had onion. Ordered sauce specified what we wanted and how many for our food and got no sauce at all.
Whoever is taking orders today 6/12 at 2:30ish is rude af and you should be ashamed.I know food industry is not ideal but come on, be a little nicer because we can’t hear y’all in the drive thru. There is no need to pop an attitude.I know your service is better then what you’ve been putting out lately.
This TB has better service than other TB's and is rarely stingy on ingredients. Tacos are usually pretty full. UPDATE: Service has gotten considerably worse and they're now getting stingy with ingredients. The Mexican Pizza is back and these fools might need some training on how to make it. Hey, let's blame the Pandemic, everyone else does. C'mon Man.
If you want to wait in line for a good amount of time (and money now that we have bidenflation) only to get home and find that for the 500th time Taco Bell forgot your sour cream, this is the place to go. I wonder if this is part of the training or are Taco Bell workers that uninterested in doing a decent job? One doesn't expect a great job, it's fast food. But cleanliness and getting an order correct does not seem that hard to accomplish!!! So, I donated, AGAIN, to Taco Bell .. is this considered a tax right off?
Never been more disappointed with a taco bell location. Been here three separate times and been disappointed twice. The first was understandable. Saw the commercial for nacho fries and figured they would have them but they didn't yet. Then I saw a commercial for the Bell Breakfast Box which they did have but when I asked for coffee they didn't have any. And not only that after I got home I noticed they didn't give me Cinnabon delights that come with it. First time in over 5+ years I've been given an incomplete order. And how do you serve breakfast without coffee? Unbelievable.
Beans in bean Burrito was hard, cold. There not nice as a staff. They don't understand my order. Not once but twice Order was completely messed up. Bear Valley is Much better with Good Management.
No matter how slow business is or how simple the order is, you have a 1/10 chance it will be correct.Update: went back because I apparently hate myself.Ordered a quesadilla with side of avocado ranch, Gordita crunch, and Chx chipotle melt add sour cream.Received quesadilla with side of chipotle ranch and a grilled chx wrap. Was told I would need to pay for Gordita crunch again if I wanted it and had to fight them to replace my chipotle melt. Then a bag was thrown into my vehicle without the chipotle melt anyway. In the end out of an order with 3 items, only one was correct the first time around, I had the pay again AND argue for the rest of my order, the chipotle melt (I had to ask for 3x) did not contain the sour cream I payed for, and they were unable to even pour the correct kind of ranch into a cup.Math is also not a strong area of theirs when it comes to making change.
I was in the area one night abt a week ago and I was starving so I went to TB because the line was decently short. The cashier was an older lady and she was not in the best mood but besides that the food was superb! Best Chicken Quesadilla Ive had in years!!! Perfectly melted extra sauce as I had asked, chef's kiss! I would rate 4.5 stars just because cashier was a lil snappy but I honestly wish the TB in Thornton had food that was this delicious
