This restaurant seems to take cash only about 15 minutes prior to closing time. Twice we have gone in before closing, everything is wrapped up and as soon as we say what we'd like, the response is we can take cash only, blaming the computer system. Ever hear of manual entry to a credit card. I work in food and these are the type of employees and can cause store closings!! Granted we are two sandwiches and side orders, but how many before me and after me experience the same outcome?? You build a business one guest at a time or kill it, one guest at a time!!"Have a good night, have a good night" was the response from the most ungifted person behind the counter! I can tell you that my reviews are read and hopefully any later evening patrons will read this and stay clear of this place. Little Cesar's across the street closed for horrible pizza, maybe you are next??Good luck with business.
At least one thing always wrong. These last couple of times that we have ordered they have gotten the bread on our sandwiches swapped but this was even worse. We had different breads and put on the wrong toppings on the sandwiches.
Visited this Subway at 2 in the afternoon - there was no one behind the counter, and when the guys came out from the back room, they seemed irritated I was there. The two guys weren't friendly, etc. but they did make my wrap as I requested, but then they annoyed me further by making me use the tap feature during the checkout - at which a screen popped up asking me if I wanted to leave a 15%, 20%, or 25 % tip - I didn't want to leave any tip for two guys who'd hardly speak to me or look at me in the few moments they were interacting with me, but somehow, without me intending to, I left them a 15% tip that showed up on my Visa card. It irks me I gave them a tip without wanting to and all for insolent service - I won't be back.
Staff is always polite. Service is also fast. Very clean as well.
Came in on Thursday 02/10 around 1:30pm, and the two guys working here were very obviously miserable with their jobs. Both were rude and not paying attention to me. I had to repeat a few things while they were making my sandwich. One guy had a big scraggly beard with no mask or hair net, almost just walked out right there. That's really unhygienic. Nothing was stocked in the drink area. Place was a mess. Never coming here again, that's for sure.
Showed 2 hours before closing. Which online and on the door says they close at 9. Well they’re closed early. Way too early. It’s ok. They can make there own sandwiches instead. Looks like my pregnant wife and I will go somewhere else.
Inconsistent customer service, rude, they didnt put any effort to make the sandwiches neat, everything spilling out when you get your hands on it. If you don’t want to work then don’t work, Definitely need a new team.
Wished atleast the 2 boys that were working would of said "Hello" they acted as if we were putting them out to make our sandwiches.
I come here often. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes it’s not. Depends on the day. This team definitely needs more moral
This has become the only subway location I go to because the guys that work there are awesome.
