I've got a sub from this location twice now and both times the bread was over cooked and stale, the meat was bad and the veggies were all wilting and bad.
I think this is one of the better ran Subways in my area of Littleton, certainly better than the one I recently went to at Wadsworth & Chatfield. I arrived at 4:30, usually a fairly busy time, but there was only one customer who had just walked in ahead of me. There was one young man - who seemed to be in charge - and a young gal behind the counter, busily making six, full size foot long sandwiches for the woman who was ahead of me. Busy as they were, the young guy (dark hair, early 20s, pleasant and very good a multi-tasking) made sure he greeted me and said he'd be right with me. I couldn't help but be impressed with how focused and capable he was as he zoomed around the place - it's a physically demanding job. I assume the worse part is dealing with crummy customers - such as the woman who came in a few minutes after me - he greeted her & she informed him she had ordered ahead online, and was miffed when he told her that he'd have it for her in just a minute - it was obvious they were furiously working on a large order for the gal ahead of me, so like so many people these days, she behaved like a mid-40s spoiled brat. As obvious as it was that the shop was shorthanded - there were 'now hiring' signs everywhere - on the door, at the counter, etc. - she wanted her order NOW. Ugh. How he remained so calm and pleasant is beyond me. This shop consistently makes excellent Chicken wraps and subs - always nice & weighty - I feel I always get my money's worth..
I met the worst food preparation person in my 75 years at this Subway store during my last visit. I relayed this information to the regional manager and his reply was to offer me free cookies during my next visit. Cookies!!!!!
We got 2 sandwiches and on one of then the employee smashed the bread and was rushing and being rude. we were the only ones in line It was very unprofessional not only that there was lettuce and other topping all over the counter. When I asked for more vinegar and oil the employe looked at me and rolled his eyes closed my snadwitch and didn't ask if I wanted anything else
It's subway, you know what your getting and they have a distinctive flavor, just like taco ? ?
Sandwich was good. Bathroom was dirty and the fixtures need work. There were no napkins available. There is a grocery store 300 yards away that sells them.
I wouldn't want to eat where two people lost their lives. Maybe that's just me.
usually not one to write reviews, but this was the worst experience at this subway ever. walked in and there was one customer checking out and 3 employees standing by the register ringing him out at the same time. The customer left and they all just stood there gossiping in the corner and i kept making eye contact and they kept not coming over to help me. eventually after all of the awkward staring and me trying to be patient with them one came over and started helping me. the entire time she was making my sandwich she was complaining to her co worker and using vulgar language. finally got to check out and get out of there. i understand that some people have bad days but that is no way to treat a customer. will not be retuning. only giving more than 1 star because my sandwich was okay.
Worst sub Ive ever had from subway!!Over cooked and chewy like the bread was stale!Never thought Id see the day when a subway gets 2 stars.. But its pretty bad!!
Worst sandwich ever! Not even close to what was ordered. It’s like they make whatever sandwich comes to mind without looking at the order. Time to spend the extra dollar and go to Jersey Mike’s!
