Worst service I ever received at a Starbucks. Pudgy girl keeps me waiting while she describes to a previous customer how she broke up with her boyfriend & he's left her with the rent & she's never been on her own before. When I leave without being served and say, "Thanks anyway" she responds with a chipper "See ya!" I don't think so.

This isn’t my normal neighborhood, but the drink was good and the wait was reasonable.
Idk the name of the manager/workers but they were excellent. Kept a very clean store. Very friendly and obviously had a good relationship with a few different regulars. They crushed it tonight

Just got my drink at this location, I live in castle rock and was in the area to shop at neighboring Trader Joe’s. Anyway, the ladies there this morning were all fabulous. They all acknowledged me as soon I came in and then helped out with the Starbucks app glitch I was having. I had enough points for a free drink and I initially ordered a grande but the lady asked me if I wanted to make it venti since I’m using my points. I really appreciated her asking because even if I didn’t want the bigger size at least I know that I was given the option. It may not be a big deal for some but I truly appreciated it. Way to go!
Usually I go into every Starbucks and I tell the person to make me a drink on how they are feeling that day. Trust me I know this is a risk sometimes. But, the young girl working she made me an amazing drink!!! Everyone must try it; coconut milk, peach flavoring, and 3 pumps of regular syrup. It’s my favorite one that someone has made me. She was such a welcoming young lady! I will be going back.

I have been ordering from this location for awhile now and it has become very inconsistent. My order seems to taste different every time I go here. They put way too much cream in my coffees. I even say lite splash of cream. I miss doing it myself.I will be stopping at a different location on my way to work now.
