Went in 1/21/22 around 6:45pm ordered a tall iced white chocolate mocha latte and some other things, got to the window and John the cashier hands me a hot drink. I said “ oh sorry I ordered this iced” he said no you ordered your 2nd drink iced not your first! Closed the window and stood with his back turned the whole time! As a RGM of a fast food establishment Starbucks is supposed to stand out but I would never have a person like John handling my customers

Spent $20 for them to look at me and not even open the door because the lobby is closed, multiple workers just looked at me, as I can see my order sitting on the pickup table! Stop the option to order and pickup in store if the lobby is closed! Some of us work and can’t sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes.
Great customer service and drinks are made correctly.

I hate to leave a bad review but this Starbucks in particular does not have consistency. Last week I got a coffee that was cold and this week I got a coffee that literally tastes like it has blood in it it taste like iron! It's so bad I took one sip threw it away went to the Starbucks at Riverpoint and got a perfect cup of coffee I'm never going back there
