This is my neighborhood store, so I have been there quite a few times. The Baristas are always pleasant & friendly. They keep the drive thru line moving, which I appreciate because I am perpetually running late. My drinks have always been exactly as ordered. I am a drive thru only girl, so I can't tell you anything about the inside of the store but, I would venture a guess that it is nice as well. Also there is a cute front patio with some tables & chairs if you are looking for a way to enjoy the weather
My online order is always ready in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly staff!
Had to stay 10 mins in the drive through to pick up my mobile order.Such a mess!
I was denied service at the drive through because I was not wearing a mask. I did not have a mask, and had already waited 15 minutes in line. Furious. This is silly. I felt terribly discriminated against, humiliated and will definitely be talking with an attorney first thing Monday.
Had a Chi Tea Latte for the first time. Was great!!
Always freezing inside. They run the AC 24/7 and there is no seating that isn’t under a vent. I’m not joking there is a vent pointing at every seat. I bring a coat in everytime but if I stay a long time, my hands and neck get so cold. Maybe I need gloves too. I used to work at Starbucks so I know the employees get hot while working, but customers matter too. They should try to find a middle ground. Many stores have separate units for the floor vs seating area.
Emily & Kyle are seriously the best. I mean everyone is amazing at this location don’t get me wrong but I really love getting my morning coffee with my wife & dogs when they’re working. Every time I go see them at their store they’re always smiling. Working in customer service is so insanely hard & people’s expectations are ridiculous but they’re always on point. I cannot express enough how amazing they both are. Thank you both for being amazing,
There is nothing worse than businesses that shortcut their closing duties so they can leave early, while inconveniencing their customers... went over an hour before close to get 2 decaf coffees and was informed that they decided to clean their decaf machine early so they couldn't help me. Why would they clean a machine before closing, especially at 545pm? Not everyone likes caffeine that late but still may want a hot coffee.
Unbelievably rude customer service at drive-thru. Raced through our order, didn't ask what size drinks we wanted. Then at window was even more abrupt and impolite. Shoved everything out of the window and despite saying thank you to them many times, never once responded with a word. Really, really pales in comparison to all the other locations around here.
