The service here is good and fairly quick, however, the drinks are not consistent at all. More often than not, the sweet drinks I order are not sweet at all, practically missing the syrup all together. That's disappointing when you're looking forward to something. It'd also be great if they could fix the potholes in the drive thru.
Lily was beyond rude and offensive!When I wanted the correct beverage, I went through the drive thru only to be mocked and insulted. Beyond acceptable- in customer service industry.This is my " home " Starbucks but after today, will definitely rethink supporting this franchise.
Hours posted vs actual hours are very inconsistent. The lobby is closed and the drive thru is a mess every time.
Inside is closed cause they don’t pay enough and drive thru is always a debacle. Find another place, this one isn’t worth the inevitable headache.

I ordered a grande ice latte ant it was only filled 3/4 of the way, I asked why and she said that's how she always does it. I looked at other iced drinks and they were full to the top! For $6 I should get a full cup of coffee!!!
The employees were cheerful and friendly and the space was well maintained.
