get coconut flavor already. you're a huge national chain, and coconut is hugely popular. why I can get a coconut latte (almond joy or mounds) anywhere but Starfucks is beyond me. zero stars, trendy trash.
A nice local Starbucks where people (even strangers) are greeted and spoken to. Service is fast and accurate. The store is well kept. Most important, they care about people.
Always a good experience with staff. They do a great job of retaining employees so I don't always walk into all new employees and staff training. I try not to order on the app because the food options are often wrong and trying to get a refund is a little annoying. Otherwise great experience.
They need to listen to your order better.

This is a convenient location for me but I will go the extra distance to get better quality. Employees are very kind but the drink/food quality is poor. On my last two visits I was basically served brown water when ordering a Chai Latte. First time I wrote it off but when it happened again along with a dried up, stale scone I realized I have to take my business elsewhere.
Everyone here is really nice and typically the drinks here are better than at other locations.
Just found out they don't have Cinnamon Dolce...no answer as to if they will again. Recommendations for a replacement weren't anything close to what I wanted and sounded gross.
Horrible. Extremely long wait like I get the rushes and stuff but this was ridiculous. Waited over 30 minutes to find out they had no idea where my drink was
