Two people working, in a restaurant of like 8 employees. Clearly lazy and avoidant to work, serving 2/3 full SIX DOLLAR shakes with whip cream that wasn't asked for - got the shake to dip my fries so yes it does matter. Props to the cashier who is a lovely lady, answering phones and working the register while a teenage girl next to her watches her work pretending to make partially full shakes. Tired of being disappointed, won't be returning to wait 15 minutes for a shake and burger.Updating my review to drop to one star, food tastes bad. What a waste of $37 and utter disappointment....

As the staff was accommodating and great to the best of their ability. The manager was a poor leader and lacking customer service skills. Let me explain, as I was second in line I witnessed the manager be VERY rude to a elderly man in front of us. As he was just trying to use a coupon, and in this day and age being on a fixed income he didn't get his discount and brought it to a cashier attention. The manager joe (joseph) came over and proceeded to give this man a hard time just because he was a little overwhelmed. This young generation has to step back and breath and realize you are in customer service, not In woe is me and my problems. I have been in customer service for over 17 years and to me his actions were unacceptable. I don't want to say the whole experience was bad. The staff was great but management needs work in the customer service aspect.

Not over the top friendly like usual but staff was polite. Jake took my order, polite and even offered me a water cup since I did not purchase a drink. Classic smash burger was cooked to perfection but had a little too much smash sauce. Overall, I would return to this location.Renovations look great and site was clean.

If I could leave less than zero, I would. Literally the worst smash burger I've been to and it unfortunately is the closest to our house. Every single time we go here, they literally screw up the entire order. They hire employees that lack pride in their work and they don't hold them accountable. For the price they charge.. Absolutely horrible.

We rarely eat Smashburger but decided to pick it up after a busy Sunday of running errands. We were a little caught off guard to bite into our medium cooked burgers. Don't get me wrong, a medium cooked burger is usually delicious, but not from a fast food place...

Been here only once. Didn’t impress us much. Decided to try it out because sis in law was in town and wanted to try out this place. We did takeout. Ordered burgers and fries. Nothing special or outstanding about this place. Not sure if we will go here again. The staff was very nice and helpful though.

The food at Smash burger is simple and good. Double or triple burgers are available for those with hearty appetites, single for smaller appetites. The burgers are chrispy. They offer lettuce wrap. The dining area is clean and a new remodel. Plenty of close parking is available.

Came in to place an order at 9:07 pm on 1/10 the young lady working the register was absolutely rude. I first asked her if they were open in case they cleaned everything up since they close at 930. You can tell she didn't want to serve me by rolling her eyes when I first walked in and then giving me attitude with her responses. Of course I left since apparently my business was to bothersome for her. At this point just say you are closed or change your hours to close at 9 if your employees don't want to service customers.

The first time we visited Littleton’s Smashburger my burger was a bit too pink- but still delicious… I just left the middle portion for I was worried it wasn’t cooked well enough. The second visit we requested well done burgers- much better! Our third visit three people in the kitchen didn’t have masks covering their mouths and/or noses while cooking food….it was super disappointing. This will be our last visit to this location.

Just bought 3 cheeseburgers. Cold food, poor service, cashier not wearing a mask, did not receive what we ordered and paid for, no menus you can see up close (not ADA accessible). Burgers not well wrapped. Staff moving too fast for quality.
