Had an opportunity to meet Rick this morning.. as I'm a soon to be Texas transplant to Denver.. and as a San Antonio native.. breakfast tacos are a necessity.. and WOW.. RxR's Texas Tacos & BBQ is as authentic as it gets.. even surprising me by serving up some bomb Carne Guisada and having Big Red on hand..Do yourself a favor and head over to see Rick and try these tacos.. I'll be back this weekend.
Amazing Owners/Operators, They can Texas BBQ, not many know of Elgin meat, THEY DO. I meant to take a photo like the other reviewers but scarfed down my jalapeno cheddar as I normally do. Luckily I didn't drip that mouth watering mustard bbq sauce all over my fav shirt. Two sauce covered thumbs up ??

Crown Jewel of breakfast tacos is Brisket & Egg in my opinion. Many good places don't even serve it. So I know Rick and Ryan from Texas, and decided to surprise them with a visit. I would have loved to give them some pointers to improve the brisket and egg taco... But damn. They friggin nailed it. So tender that they can serve it sliced rather than chopped. The rendered fat melts in your mouth like butter. Delicious.
Wonderful food and service. The reviews are spot on. Rick's food is teriffic. Great tacos and brisket, fresh, plentiful, original and scrumptious. This food truck is in a parking lot in an ARC store on West Littleton Blvd. Very highly recommended.
Texas Aggie Ring on my hand in the photo means I know my way around a Texas breakfast taco & this is indeed exactly that. Superb service, super quick. Delicious. Brisket has a unique heat to it & the sauces are great. Jalapeño one is my fav.
Best tacos in Denver! No other barbacoa compares to the juiciness and tenderness. They’re barbacoa is authentic and you won’t find anything else that comes close. Also, try the carne guisada, it’s my favorite taco.

You are lucky as hell if you have discovered this little gem. Best tacos around. Homemade sauce is fire. The guys are so nice. Always worth the wait, even on the busiest day!
Finally a good breakfast taco place. Breakfast burritos are all the rage in Colorado, but these tacos are superior. Good sauces and service. Tasty brisket.
