Ordered the beef brisket and Mac’n’Cheese. The brisket was 60% straight chunks of fat. The Mac’n’Cheese literally had no flavor at all.I live across the street from this restaurant and have only been twice in the 7 years. The first time was just as disappointing.

The food is typically good but the service has become terrible. I sent them an email after I ate there last month. I don't live in Littleton anymore so I don't get many chances to come, but when I did it was one of my favorite regular places to eat.I came in around 630 pm and went up to the counter, and for maybe 5 minutes nobody said a word. No hello no ill be right with you, the young girl at the counter looked up at me briefly and went back to whatever she was doing. It was not terribly busy so there was no reason for me to be ignored as I was. Finally someone acknowledged me, and told me what they were taking orders and payment up front, which is an absolutely terrible system that literally no other restaurant is doing and is a terrible idea.I placed my order and was seated. Nearly 20 minutes I waited just for my appetizer, which was dropped off literally without a word. I started to eat and had barely gotten halfway through it when my entree came out, again dropped off quietly.I ordered the pick 3 combo and the sliced beef and pork seemed just slightly warmed. The whole time I'm eating not a single person came by to ask me how my meal was, if I needed anything else, a refill for my drink, nothing.I had noticed other people were being served promptly, so I eventually stopped eating because I wanted to just leave as I had enough. After sitting for another 10-15 minutes, eventually someone came by and asked how everything was, so I simply asked for some boxes. I packed up my food and left, not a single acknowledgment from anyone at the front counter, no thank you or come again. These kids today have no work ethic or pride.I don't complain just to complain, and I often let a lot of things slide as I know how food service jobs are from my own experience, but this was unacceptable. Needless to say, it was not worth my driving across town when I couldve spent my money closer to home and gotten much better service, and most likely I will not be coming back. This is what I told them when I sent them an email regarding my experience and let them know thwat I would be leaving a review online. And Ive gotten ZERO response so Im followng through on my promise. Part of me is willing to try the Arvada location if im in the area as the food is typically pretty good. But as far as the Littleton location goes, DO NOT waste your time or your money on them.

BBQ Excellence. Consistency and quality are two things I can always count on with the food at Rib City. I order the shrimp and ribs every time and I have never been disappointed. It’s one of my all-time favorite comfort meals. Rib City is my favorite barbecue restaurant in Denver, hands-down. It is worth the drive to the southwest corner of town for a delicious meal. The baby back ribs at Rib City are a perfect 10. I don’t know how they do it, but they do it consistently. Hands-down, the best ribs in town. The barbecue sauces are amazing and I could drink them if I did not have meat to put them on. Use the Texas toast to clean up any excess barbecue sauce, or better yet, use it to scoop up the most amazing baked beans that you will have ever eaten. They have a homemade recipe and these beans are hands-down the best baked beans you will ever have in your life. I’m addicted, and I often order an extra side of them when ordering my meal. They are not like any other baked beans you have ever had and you simply must try them…And did I mention the coleslaw? Coleslaw the way coleslaw was intended to be made. I have never had better coleslaw in Denver, Colorado. The kitchen produces some amazing food. The wait is not long and the people working the restaurant are always so polite and helpful. The place has a real family atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you want to bring your family. The management is so wonderful. They always check on you and make sure that you are being taken care of. It’s just a lovely place to have a meal and to share in the love of barbecue. If you’re in a hurry, you can always get the food to go, but it’s really nice to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The food comes out quickly. They have a homemade mud pie for dessert that is really good. There are jokes on the wall, and good bbq vibes in the air, at Rib City. Come down and taste it for yourself. You will be glad that you did!

? ?‍ Dogs allowed on the patio : - ))The brisket tastes very good, adequate quantity, good price(s).

Originally I had booked a catering event booked with who apparently the head caterer " owner" booked.Yes, I booked it on Easter but I booked 3 weeks prior. Never once did the owner call me, text me to cancel the event , instead I had to figure it out myself when I began calling the restaurant the day before the event since I hadn't heard back from her.The day before my event which was a surprise party, the assistant manager calls me after many calls from me, and informs me that unfortunately the owner was unreachable but there was no way that the event was going to occur. I was pist. They did NOT have any type of remorse or feel super bad about anything. With all that said, I still had to reschedule the party . Well, the assistant manager told me that in one weeks time, their caterer had quit, and they no longer could provide catering to Colorado Springs.I did have to drive up to Littleton to pick up my order after I rescheduled my party.I expressed my concerns to the manager and all she said was, " sorry about that but life happens".Woooowwww! The food was great. The nice cashier who helped me carry out my order to the car was the only employee who was a sweetheart! Her name was Emma.So I get it, they were closed ON Easter however, the owner needed to know that they were closed ! I had a contract in my email with 4-17 written on it!The owners name is Heather. I tried multiple times to contact her. I emailed her , left her voice mails , text messages and absolutely no response.I understand that this was a logistical error, however, she ghosted me.The only saving grace was that at least the food was AMAZING!

Really good ribs, great atmosphere and kid friendly menu. Will be going back.

The ribs are not full size. They appear to be a rack that is cut lengthwise through a band saw. Nothing like what you would buy at the grocery store. They were also very dry. They are not braised off. The portions of everything are very small. The garlic bread is just one slice of Texas toast with little to no garlic flavor. The sides are also very small. The price does not fit the amount of food you get. I will never return to Rib City Grill.

We ordered early cause we were moving in. Had to feed our hard workers. They had everything ready. And was so good. Thank you for the great service!!

I didnt care for their way of greeting people. Not the most friendly. You need to order at the register, pay at the register with a tip all before sitting down. The food came warm and some was cold. Food was fair. Nothing special.

Wasn't real pleased with how you order food but I guess being short staffed they have to do what works best for them. The food was great as always and next time I'm in Denver I'll be sure to stop in again.
