We have gone to several RR around Colorado but I just have to write a review about this place. We order 2 banzai and a mushroom burgers. They are as dry as a desert. The banzai burgers are our favorite and we eat that in every RR. Yet, this place has no sauce at all. The mushroom burger is plain, dry and nothing to enjoy. The garlic fries were also a fail. Dry and tasteless.So disappointed and waste of money! Writing this review so I can avoid coming back to it. Never visit this chain again!

I just wanted to say thank you. We ordered via door dash, the person delivering forgot sever items, including my daughter’s dinner, who is 5. I called Red Robin, the manager made it better than right. She had them resend out the missing food and sent some extra food for my kids. Thank you very much. This was on 06/11/22 around 6PM. Thank you so very much for making this right! This was the first time we had an issue with Red Robin delivery.
Probably the least personal service experience in the industry. Although a lot of big companies are allowing smaller restaurants to pull into the lead with service, ie Olive Garden, Red Robin.Too much technology for a dine in experience.Fried pickles are out of a frozen box, not a good choice.Lacey our server was accommodating and kind.
Women's bathroom is filthy. You don't want to even stand in the stall looking at the floor and walls. I'm very disappointed in Red Robin at this location. I hate to see the kitchen. I will not go back.
I honestly think it is the last time we order from this location. Soggy, nasty fries. Paid for sauce we didn't get and had to pay for. No refund. Burger burnt with brown lettuce, no apologies, pizza burnt and inedible no refund and no apologies. "Nachos" chips with brisket were probably the worst thing I could imagine gracing a plate. Seriously no thought or effort and customers are left to wonder if it's our fault because we should have known better. I know staffing is short and people are new but no thought or consideration into the food or the people you are serving. I have never fought a charge with my bank over restaurant food but this time I think I need to.
Great new menu haven't been in for a while had a great time Jeremy great waiter took good care of us.Today 4-26-22 my grown son and daughter-in-law bought a bigger house today, went to the restaurant and had some great Burgers and fries, still tasted great.
Decided to try this location again considering that in the past we have not had the best of service. It’s important to give people and places the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, today was not different. Our table was dirty and it took a significant amount of time before we were greeted. Once greeted we ordered drinks and an appetizer. Appetizer was good but we were served ketchup crusted plates. Not very appetizing! Our waitress never came back to check on us and I had to go and find her to take our order. The food was okay but our waitress never came back to us to see if everything was okay or if we needed any refills. Our waitress was trying to bartend as well as serve tables. So unfair for her while other staff were talking in large group by the bar. A manager did approach us as we were leaving but at that point it was a little too late. So please be cautious before eating at this location.

The burgers were raw and that was after a failed online order, and then a failed called in order, and then a failed live and in person order. They kept losing the order or not understanding the order then didn't give me all of the stuff, then gave me raw burgers for my children to eat. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had issues and I don't think I'm going to give them a chance again. If you want a good burger go to bad daddy's.
Staff was mostly good. One of our burgers was the wrong in and with the wrong fries. The girl at the front seemed very new. Told me that she wasn't sure they took $100 bills when my order was 60+. When I ordered 2 shareable purple poppin lemonades, I was originally given 2 take home cups. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location.
