I've been here since i was in highschool back in '02This place is what it is. its QDOBA. all these people barking at small inconsistency, you'd think they were paying for a 50$ burrito. Never had a problem with this place.

I walked into the restaurant at 10:15 for a breakfast burrito, when we walked in they said it would be a minute before they could get to us because they were making a pickup order. After about 10 minutes of waiting as they continued to make pick up orders instead of helping physical customers we asked to get breakfast burritos and they said they weren’t serving it anymore while there was eggs and potatoes out from making breakfast for all of their pickup orders. I understand the customer service industry is crazy, but when did someone over a computer become more important and higher priority than a customer coming in to a store to order.
I ordered online 2 nachos 1 burrito and 1 kids meal I picked it up and was missing the juice and applesauce and they looked and said everything else was fine I got home and was missing 1 nacho I had to drive back and they looked at the receipt and said oh I see you ordered 2 nachos they made it for me but by the time I got home the burrito was cold and soggy was not good at all
This place has never handed me a burrito I can actually eat with my hands. Just a mess stuffed in tinfoil every time
It's exactly what they advertise. Good, quick, ordered online and picked up. We go fairly consistently because of how easy they make it.
The girl barley gave me any cheese, when I asked for a little more she said it would be extra, I said fine. Then I noticed when she was working on the next burrito for the guy behind me she gave him a good portion of cheese! Totally not fair! The extra charge was $1.25 I basically paid more for the average portion of cheese. I almost said something but didn't want the hassle. Probably won't return to this location sorry.
I had a problem with my delivery. Got the wrong burrito. The manager, Robert, was so incredibly accommodating and so nice. He made sure I ended up getting my correct order AND called me to make sure I got it and that it was good. Best customer service I have had in a long. Maybe even the best ever. Thank you so much Robert. So so so nice!!!
Worst Qdoba. They barely gave me any meat and when I asked for more they said it was extra. My bowl was barely half the size of other Qdobas I go to the 3 times I’ve been here. I’ll avoid this one from now on
The place was dirty, and not one person had a smile. Everyone looked at each other as if they were trying to decide who should help me and take my order. My breakfast burritos had almost NO meat in them and the wrap job was awful. The Qdoba on Hampden is amazing and I have always had a great experience there I love them. The attitude of the crew at this location was pretty awful. The phone rang and one of the girls handed it to one of the guys at the counter and she said "you need to take this call but go to the bathroom." He was in the middle of taking my order seriously?!
Our food was put together in such a fast and sloppy way. For what we paid, extremely disappointing. This location is also very dirty.
