Placed an order for pickup at 1050 this Saturday night drove up at 11:05 door was already locked employee comes up and tell me we’re closed (sign says midnight) then proceeds to lie to me and tell me no we don’t have any orders when I can clearly see my name on the tv in the lobby. Figured I’d let the owner know employees are ducking out early on a weekend night when you could have business. Next time I’ll call corporate.

Ordered at 8 pm... 40 minute delivery quoted... Called at 1015, notified there was an accident and they were remaking pizza and it would be delivered in 10 minutes. Now at 2 hour mark, still nothing, and customer service rep, Aaron, refuses to call store to find out what's going on. Originally, I was worried as the app indicated that it was our for delivery, and we thought the driver has been in an accident... Alas the accident was ordering from this store.
I ordered my usual Pizza, a supreme pan with banana peppers, and it arrived unsatisfactory. It was very undercooked and I was not happy. I called my local Pizza Hut and informed them of my dissatisfaction and not only did they remake it and send it out, they gave me a discount on the price. I was very satisfied with my second pizza and I will only eat Pizza Hut pizza.
The drivers are awesome!! Food is always delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The food is mostly always good. Today though the hand-tossed crust tasted and looked like a gluten free crust. We were disappointed in that.
It's pizza hut what do you say. Super consistent, I miss the garlic crust, still yummy though. The cashier was was was very helpful and great at the art of the up sale. Lol. Went home with 2 pizza, cheese bread and cinnamon bread!
When I get the pizzas they were cold and on the pan pizza crust was very hard, difficult to chew so my family and I had to dispose of these sections. This experience was not great but I have had good experiences in the past it might have just been this location. Maybe will try different locations in future but kind of expensive. Have a good day
This Manager Today is Such a asset to your company.He handled being short staffed upset customer I was ready to cancel my order.. and terminate all my buissness there And I order pizza hut weekly. HE IS AMAZING KEEP MY BUISSNESS WITHOUT HAVING TO COMP ANYTHING MY ORDER WAS HOT FRESH AND STRIGHT OUTTA THE OVEN WITH BEING SHORT STAFFED YOU ROCK.. DELIVERY DRIVER RUSHED MY ORDER TO ME HOT ..WHAT GREAT SERVICE
It took 90 minutes to get here and the pizza was cold. This was by far the worst experience with this store I have had. It is normally good and prompt and hot food. This time it was neither.
I did an online order and the site worked perfectly. The food was cooked fast, and was quite good. The staff in the store was friendly. Would certainly visit this location again.
Hot food is a good start. It was obvious that our food was made and then sat around for an extended period of time before being delivered. I had to re-heat "fresh" just delivered food! Gross!
