We just got a pizza last might spent around 50 we specifically ask for light sause because I have problems with it and extra chesse and they didn't follow those requests. I am frustrated because the usually do so good. Pick up was good. But the mess up makes me very upset

How hard is it to clean the front door?It’s COVERED with greasy fingerprints. When I gently pointed it out, (6 PM 9/27/21) the manager snottily said “I’ll keep that in mind”.It is hard to be confident in their overall cleanliness if they don’t even take pride in the first thing people see: the front door.

I have ordered online multiple times from this store. I have asked for LIGHT sauce and EXTRA pepperoni and topping cheese and guess what I never get? I have had it with this store if your not going to take the time to read and make orders correctly then you don’t need my business.

My Grandfather and I used to come to this location EVERY Friday. My family recently moved closer to this store and I'm highly disappointed. 3 times in a row they have failed at making a large, original crust, Hawaiian, half no pineapple but substitute onion. Papa Murphy's was one of my first jobs as a teenager. It's not that difficult. Tonight, even after explaining to the young lady at the register our past frustrations and being guaranteed the pizza would be made correctly. We ended up with a large, original, Hawaiian, half no pineapple but onions all over the pizza! The young lady double checked the pizzas before handing them over and said have a goodnight. I said excuse me but this isn't correct. She explained she didn't make the pizza. I asked her to fix it. She then handed back a pizza completely covered in pineapple and onions! I was so frustrated I had my husband go back in and ask for a whole new pizza to be made correctly. He explained the manager made it and apologized. Turns out the manager he spoke to was the same young male that had been standing there next to the young lady during our entire experience! In the past, I've taken home our pizzas to find they were made on thin crust instead of original as we've ordered. They've substituted green onion instead of mixed onion without asking me when I'm sitting right there. I wish we still lived by the Federal and Belleview store. Which is now where my Grandfather has started going because of his own issues with this location. They also failed at enforcing the social distancing inside their store tonight. At some point they should ask people to wait outside like we did on our own accord, due to being immunocompromized and them allowing almost 10 customers in their tiny store.
