Ordered pizza paid for and received confirmation text. 2 hours later still no pizza, these guys are crooks. No one answering the phone. Avoid avoid avoid.

Store has been severely understaffed for several months now; you will almost certainly be delayed in your order by 90 minutes to 4 hours with any order. Twice I have ordered from this store: The first, I had to pick up the pizza because they had one person staffed and no delivery driver. Today, they were severely understaffed yet again.Also, Papa Johns customer support does not have authority to issue refunds or cancel orders.

Called to place a delivery order and I guess was taken to the call center for some reason. Ordered my pizza and was charged for order. Waited an hour and had still not heard back from delivery driver so called back. Was then taken to a different store that did not have order and this store was already closed so couldn't even try to re-order. Would not recommend ordering from here as service seems terrible

It was horrible! They did not get my order right, #1. I think that was the language barrier. #2, the sauce was poor at best. #3, I asked for extra cheese. Fat chance! It was less than one portion.

Poor customer service, they randomly cancel your order with no explanation. You try calling and they can't answer the phone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After ordering a single pizza at 8p Thursday night, I was quoted 120 minutes for delivery. I called the store to change the order to pick up or to cancel the order as my family can't wait 2 hours. I selected '2' to change my order as the recording instructed, received a single ring, and the call hung up. This happened over and over. Wait times happen, but being auto hung up on is infuriating.

THERE IS ONLY 1 PERSON: If you calling... and I literally heard all you hungry ppl, there is ONLY 1 PERSON in this location. Ext. 3 and 5 are jammed. Blessed by the new order rep, Shane Scofield (sorry of I spelled that wrong.) He got me through to the manager... or else I would still be wondering.Allison is taking calls and making pizza between mad ppl. Yes. I had been one of them until I realized her situation.

Placed an online order that said it would take 63-73 minutes. After 60 minutes, I checked online and the order said that they hadn’t even started making it. I tried calling around 10 times to only be hung up on for each call before I could even speak a word to anyone. Very poorly managed location. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Utterly disappointed !!This place needs to understand that not every person can eat red meat or sausage. There may be religious beliefs or may not like the smell.How can you mix up a food item with some other meat?

My order was not made correctly. Seems to me it's hit or miss with this location. My pizza order asked for original crust, the crust was so thin My toppings barely stayed on. I asked for light sauce it was caked in sauce, my pizza was barely warm when it arrived. As I tried to eat my pizza I started to feel sick to my stomach because of all the sauce that was on the pizza. I had to just eat the top crust part of the pizza, it was the only part that wasn't caked in sauce. The delivery person seemed to not want to be working last night. I feel like it's a gamble as to how you are going to get your food prepared from this location.
