Good food quick and easy
I love me a good orange chicken but I just feel like the mall makes it hard to hear both the people assisting you and what you ask for. Other then the area here the food is good and made fresh. You typically never see anything empty without a wait.
Small portions and I payed for a bigger plate will definitely not be back customer service was horrible
Very noisy. Hardly could understand the server through the mask, this, I ended up with a side I didn't plan to order--still ate it, though.. But they were patient and the food was very good.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Panda Express. I ordered chow mein and honey walnut shrimp, it was disgusting (both extremely dry and flavorless). I went back and had them replace my order with brown rice and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was tough and dry, the rice was so wet it was like having a disgusting soup.

I don't know about this crew. Every time I go, they ALWAYS try to talk me out of ordering what I want. Today, I ordered Angus steak, just a bowl. There was some in the serving bowl under the glass (20% full). FOUR TIMES I had to tell her that yes (!) that's what I wanted. She made me wait for a new bowl to come from the kitchen because what was in the bowl "wasn't enough". When I got my takeout box, there was less than what was in the serving bowl in the first place! I would have had more from not waiting.Quit arguing with customers about what they want.Manage your timing better.
While the food taste pretty good, I have eaten here many times and find the entree portion size to be consistently small while the box is practically overflowing with rice or noodles. Shanghai 360 does a better job portioning the entree in my opinion.
Beware ... Went drive thru and they added donation even if I said no. Didnt pay attention to receipt until later. Happened not only once.
Very delicious! Great drinks! My waiter Justin was amazing as well super nice knew the menu very well!
