Order at the drive-through, a plate with double orange chicken... got a bowl.
Beef broccoli has only 2 pieces of beef. Rice in the fried rice is raw, NOT cooked thoroughly. Awful place to go eat.
Usually this place does better. But seriously what is this? There is nothing in this large side of super greens you could actually eat. Disgusting
Normally really like panda but they got my order wrong. Got fried rice instead of white and it was hard and crunchy, not how anyone wants rice.Drive through employee was real nice but the way the do their food I was back at work by the time I had realized it was wrong.Wasn't given a reciept either so I cant even go back about it or anything.
This place is always out of products, too lazy too cook chicken at 5:30pm prime time dinner time, the guy at the window wants you to round up 3 to five dollars more than the order and gives an attitude if you don’t. The orange chicken was over cooked , most likely old and the rice was crunchy. Guess I need to find a new place to eat.
Went through the drive through the order taker was condescending, we were charged three dollars more than what the screen total said and they had the nerve to ask for more for a donation. When my kids got their food it was 98% noodles. This places service sucks in fact it’s the worst service I’ve ever had. This restaurant will be going out of business if they keep these people on.

Placed an online order and it doesn't say we can't go through the drive thru to pickup. The elder black lady that was working window was very loud and had never told us to pull up the the window, just that she was checking to see if they had our order ready. She stuck her head out the window and told us we needed to move up. Almost gave us the wrong order- asked for the last name and told us rudely that we were just gonna have to come inside and pick it up.
This particular location has a pretty awesome staff! They are always so nice and accommodating. I had to drop my car off at Ford and I sat at Panda nearly the whole time. I had lunch. I did my work. I eventually went back to get my car quite literally at the end of the work day. I thanked the staff for allowing me to be in their space all day and not make me feel like I needed to leave. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
Pretty sure I saw the guy in the drive-thru take a picture of my debit card with his cellphone before handing it back to me. Luckily, I was able to cancel my card right away and go to the bank to get a new one. Hoping I saw wrong and he just happened to have his phone out pointed at my card coincidentally but posting this in case anyone has come here recently and then had fraudulent charges on their card.
