ZERO STARS is what I would give if I could. Our experience here was absolutely disappointing. First of all, our server was not that great whatsoever. We got our food and we each took one bite and no more. It was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like from a can or a nursing home. So gross. We went there because we were hungry so I decided to eat the breadsticks which were super hard but I was so hungry that I ate two of them. We paid $50 for $2 worth of “food”. When the server asked how it was going we told her it’s not her fault but the food tasted bad and she just said sorry and ran off as fast as she could and didn’t even come back. We paid through the tablet on the table. Never going back to any Olive Garden ever again. It’s pure trash.

My family loves Olive Garden but once again, we had an exceptional time at this location. We were taken care of super well, the server was doing a great job doing her rounds and giving all of her tables ample attention. Our food took a bit longer but she kept us informed which was nice because I decided to have another bowl of soup while I waited and I can't complain about that! I love the chicken gnocchi soup, along with the hot bread sticks? Heaven! We'll be back!

Haha $7.99 soup to go. You actually pay for everyone else getting unlimited soup. Soup to go from Olive Garden is a joke on you! .... plus I just tasted it and the Zuppa is never consistent.

Aspen's customer service was fantastic. She deserves a raise. She helped make this birthday extraordinary. Service and food were exceptional, as always at Olive Garden. Hostess and staff were very friendly. First time at this location. I recommend it. Perfect experience.

Wonderful lunch we had soup and salad as in the picture.

The staff wasn't friendly at all...No greeting as we entered...It was definitely weird vibes. Not sure if the.staff is cool with interracial dating because, we.got dirty looks throughout our visit. But, our waitress took care of us ...She was very outgoing and fast...When it was time to leave the door host didn't say anything just continued with the dirty looks...We won't be returning to this place

We’ve typically had good experiences with Olive Gardens in the past, but we’re very disappointed with our recent visit to this location. We called weeks prior to reserve the special occasions room for my mom’s 60th birthday dinner. We were given a long table in a corner room that had no door, but we had the space to ourselves so we didn’t think anything of it. However, about halfway through our meal the waitresses started to seat other guests at the empty tables within our party room, even though there were plenty of empty tables in other parts of the restaurant. Our large party received dirty looks from the other guests, and we didn’t understand why they were being seated in our room. When we spoke to the manager about it, she claimed they no longer offered private rooms for large parties (in contradiction to what we were told on the phone). After I explained we had done parties at that same location before, she said we weren’t a large enough party to fill the room and would have had to pay an extra fee. We would have gladly paid the extra fee for a truly private room, but we were never given that as an option. She was barely apologetic and made no offer to make the situation right. In addition, the service was not up to previous standards, with no refills offered and cold coffee served. Very disappointed in the poor communication and lackadaisical attitudes from the staff. It was a pity that our special occasion had to turn out to be so awkward when it could have been avoided by better customer service, over the phone and in person.

The issue I had was specific to this location. On May 7th, I ordered a picture of Watermelon Sangria and ask for no ice extra fruit. When the pitcher was brought to the table it was filled 30-40% no additional fruit and the bartender/ Manager thought it was acceptable. If asking for no ice is going to reduce a drink volume by 60-70% you would think someone representing olive garden would tell you this prior to the making the drink. When I ask the bartender she acted like nothing was wrong. I will post the picture on Google for everyone to determine if this practice is acceptable. I've order this numerous times without ice at other locations and never had a problem. The manager came to the table and was a little arrogant in the way he tried to address it with me. He could tell I was not going to take his poor way of handling the situation and left. With all the options for places for people to spend their hard earned money this was a huge disappointment. I won't be back and as slow as it looked compared to the other restaurants in the area it's probably because of the lack of customer focus or manager care. The last thing I'd like to mention is that the staff seem to be very on edge and the culture felt negative amongst the employees. I felt bad for my waiter but we still tipped him good.

We started with salad and bread sticks. Good as always! I had the shrimp scampi with gluten free pasta. It was delicious. My companions enjoyed their meals as well. Our server was great when taking my order. She asked if the kitchen staff needed to have fresh gloves when preparing my meal and immediately mentioned croutons on the side for the salad! However she was less impressive when it came to keeping our water glasses filled. She checked on us and said she would bring back water and then passed our table 3 times before bringing the water. It took about 15 minutes.

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a long time and this was AMAZING! I ordered the steak and it was so perfect, from cooking temp to flavor! Bomb! My boyfriend ordered the chicken alfredo and loved it! My toddler loved all of it! Our server was awesome too! I think his name was Isaac, he was very attentive and kind throughout us asking him to grab us something everytime he came by (it was a lot lol.) The drinks were amazing! My favorite was the Blue Hawaiian! So good! All around an amazing dinner!
