Ordered the Spicy Korean beef noodles and the BBQ Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is a 4 star but the spicy Korean beef noodles is a 3 star. It was way too sweet and not spicy at all.
Haven't been able to order online for almost a year now. I get buy one get one entree coupons all the time that I'll never be able to use. Not really sure how this location is even open still.
Good food, has been ready for pickup when ordering online at the time I specified each time. Took a star off because no matter what we order, every time there is one thing missing from one dish or another, even though it's listed on the receipt.
Cashier didnt know what she was doing, took 15 minutes for order to even be put in!!!!! Out of most popular items and sauces. Waited another 15 minutes to for our food.
There is always something for everyone at Noodles and Company. Our food was prepared quickly, the staff was great and the restaurant was clean!
**Updated Review**What is happening to this Noodles!?The hours are always changing.Popular items are constantly unavailable or discontinued randomly. Sometimes you can dine-in; but most of the time you have to order online and pick-up inside at the side door.Service is all over the place.It’s not worth the time to find out. You’re better off going somewhere else :/I hate writing this review because I have always enjoyed Noodles & Company.
Woof! First they gave me a Ceasar instead of the Mediterranean that I had ordered. When I got the correct order, the grilled chicken was grey and hard and the noodles in the salad were half dried out. Gross. I won’t be back
I ordered buttered noodles. They were grossly overcooked and had no flavor whatsoever.. not even salt! Also half of it was mixed with a variety of other pastas on their menu which is so weird. Staff was somewhat unsanitary. The people directly behind the counter didn’t have any gloves on but we’re touching their phones while grabbing plate covers and silverware for to-go orders. That’s super gross because phones are very discussing. COVID is spreading people be fckn human and serve people with integrity.
Food was fine, but the inside dining room was dirty. Tables had signs on them that they had been sanitized, but they were not. Tables were filthy and hadn't been cleaned. Floor was also filthy with food under the tables. I spoke with the manager and he had someone come out to clean the tables, but she barely cared and only cleaned two of them and then stopped. I spoke with the manager again and he had someone else come and clean, and that person did a satisfactory job. The manager should be checking and ensuring that the tables and floor are clean periodically.
This location is super under-staffed, but the staff does their best to keep things running as smoothly as possible. My favorite employee has been Blake the past month, she has been super helpful and pleasant and is knowledgeable in the menu. She has helped me expand my taste buds by recommending the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortellini - something I’d never try as I am a picky eater! It was very yummy.
