NOT SERVICE ANIMAL FRIENDLY. Came in with my mom and her service dog. Would not let her in without seeing the service papers because apparently tags wont do. Who carries their service dog papers everywhere they go? No signs on their doors regarding service dog policies at all. We have never been asked for papers and the girl was very loud and rude about it. Instead of approaching us tactfully, she just yelled it across the restaurant for everyone to hear. We were regular customers who will now be taking their business to Coldstone or Yogurtland where the service is friendly and the treats are amazing!!!!
Like the self serve concept. Yogurt is good and cold. Lots of topping to choose from.
Beat frozen yogurt I have found. They always have my favorite flavor which is cookies and cream. The staff is always so nice here as well. We love coming to Nellas!
Nellas is the best frozen yogurt I've had. We go multiple times a week. The owner is absolutely awesome and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Tasty yogurt treats. Wonderful for a warm spring day. Always enjoy a walk around Clement Lake while eating. Don't forget to use their frequent customer program (now uses phone number instead of manual punch card).

This is hands down the BEST place in the area for frozen yogurt. The selection of flavors is huge and the flavors always taste great. The hours they are open are generous and very convenient (too many yogurt stores close too early at 8pm). The staff (mostly young high school kids) are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greet customers and are always smiling. It is very clean. The only thing I wish is that it was closer to my home instead of a 20 minute drive, but it is well worth the drive. Thanks for staying in business Nella's. I hope you are around for many, many more years.

This is such an enjoyable place. The staff there is wonderful. We often take the grandkids there for a special treat. But sometimes it's just me and the wife. Fun and comfortable.
