Terribly Rude Owner? Our family went in for the first time today. We asked a lot of questions about sugar because we have a family member who can’t eat it. We also had two coupons on the app. The app wasn’t working correctly, but the front staff said they would still honor the coupons. We thought this was appropriate because it was the company’s app. That wasn’t working However, when only one coupon rang up my husband asked if they could adjust the price to reflect both coupons. So, the front staff went back to ask the owner. The front staff then came back and said the owner wanted relayed that she was sorry that their “already above and beyond service” wasn’t good enough for us and that she wouldn’t be changing the price to reflect the coupon. Not a business we want to support (Littleton franchise).
The smoothies are good! The staff look healthy and we’re kind but it took about 25 minutes to receive a smoothie. The manager was overwhelmed, but also very very non-communicative.There were 18 customers waiting in the store, often times with no employee standing in the front of the store to facilitate interactions with customers. It was comical. One patron asked for a refund and was denied.I understand the scenarios that lead to a store being short handed, but the way the customers were being cared for here was not acceptable. This place could be changing owners or on its way out of business based on how it was being managed.
Today was the first day we have been here. We ordered three different açaí bowls. We had our first açaí bowl yesterday at Coco Loco in Aurora. It was delicious. I did like the bowl here but the staff was untrained on their own app and the manager that came to help was very rude and seemed bothered toby the request for help. I know that people have bad days, learn to rise above them because that is what they pay you for.

I love this place. Great protein options - so I can have a smoothie and still have the protein I need for a balanced meal replacement. And I love the almond butter!
Always takes care of me. If you want your order fast - always mobile order ahead of time. Otherwise, be patient! They are making bomb smoothies and bowls from scratch, it takes a minute!
We have been here a number of times and they've always been really nice with good service.Today I took my 6 yo birthday boy for a fun treat after school and they comp'ed his smoothie!Thanks so much to Hayden and staff. We won't forget your kindness!
