My wife and I have lunch here a few days each month. The food and service are excellent! The owner is always appreciative and so kind to all customers. They recently updated the dining room; it is nicely done and comfortable. We both love the crispy chili rellenos, very nice sauce and so tasty. All the food we have tried is excellent, even the tacos are better than any others we have had in Denver. My wife loves the guacamole tostados, the guacamole is always fresh and wonderful. Highly recommend for fresh delicious Mexican food and the prices are very reasonable.

Great local place! Great food and cozy atmosphere!

$4 for the littlest and lamest breakfast burrito in the front range. Barely any eggs and almost no meat. This restaurant used to have good prices for their okay food but now that it’s $4 for a $1.50 burrito..I recommend stopping anywhere else. Especially if you’re hungry because you’ll need eight of those baby burritos to fill up.

Best breakfast burrito. Not greasy. Perfect eggs. Soft tortilla. Green salsa was amazing.

Great small family owned restaurant! Food I'd always hot and full of flavor. Staff is so friendly and attentive. Never had a bad dish here.

100% absolutely recommend!! We placed an order of 150 of their delicious breakfast burritos for a school staff appreciation event, and Mi Cocina did an amazing job! Ordering over the phone was easy, John was super friendly and accommodating, as some of the staff have differing dietary needs. When we went to pick the burritos up, they were ready to go at the promised time, and in labeled bags (mild, medium, hot, no cheese, gluten free bowls, etc.) so we did not have to sift through and mark them, making it SO easy on our end. Thank you for helping us make our event successful and seamless!!

Food is awesome. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their green chile and salsa, and both of theirs are great. Awesome value and the best part? The service!!! Seriously the best! Super friendly, efficient service.

I love this restaurant. I have been a faithful lunch patron for 3 years now. The food is wonderful. I mostly come because of the $8.50 lunch special. They have lots of options on that special so I never get bored with the food.I have been singing their praises for years but today it stops. The price of lunch went up to $11 The food is good for $8.50 but not good enough for $11. This makes me sad and now I’m on the hunt for a new lunch spot.So long mi amigo’s.

Absolutely terrible food. The queso dip is very watery and more akin to a soup than a dip. There was a hair in my dip when I ordered it online. The chimichanga I got had what looked like almost expired sour cream. The only saving grace was the chips which were just okay.

Kind of sad I expected a more authentic experience. Rice was like a microwavable Uncle Ben's Spanish rice. My super nachos were kind of burnt.. My daughter got the street tacos and she loved them. Salsa was pretty hot with no alternative.
