Waited 15 mins in drive through while about 10 other cars passed me with their food. On top of that the order was completely wrong. It wasn’t even that busy just seems like poor work ethic to me.

I was disappointed in the lack of overhead menus to order from. You have no choice but to go to one of the electric kiosks and figure out all out yourself. It felt like a gas station where you do all the work, pay for it, and there is little human interaction (which was friendly when we had it). They did bring it to our table, which was nice.

I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and it was great and hit the spot. I have to say I think I prefer McDonald's to the competition who I will not name. Good one and the server with a tie.... I was impressed.

Apparently, this is a full order of large fries that cost almost $4! This restaurant always does this and I haven't complained, but enough is enough. Give me what I paid for. I'm in the food business also and if you raise your prices to accommodate an employee with a higher rate of pay, it doesn't mean you short the paying public for your actions. So, when you vote to raise the minimum wage, think about how it may come to affect you as the consumer. Longer lines is the first indicator because you hire less employees, less empowered employees, less skilled employees. Sorry, just went full political rant.

McDonald's is what it is. Food was decent, but what caught my eye is that I couldn't get any help inside from an actual person. Nothing that weird, but what was crazy was the regular staff looks like their working their butt off....except these 3 CHAD looking young guys(20ish most likely, tucked in shirt, ties, stupid haircuts) are just in a circle joking around, cussing, "playfully" throwing random paper while the rest of the staff is working non stop. It was like "o perfect scene for corporate America right here."

Employees never seem to care and have an attitude problem; I can’t count how many times I have missing sauce, drinks ,fries etc. When I politely ask for my food I ordered after the wrong order was handed to me and employees start being rude and disrespectful, that’s unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen but the way staff reacts is really disrespectful. Most of the time even when I get my food the fries and/or drink aren't filled up all they way. Fix your staff.

Drove through and ordered 2 Spicy McChickens, large fries, and cookies.They forgot the cookies so we went through the drive-thru line again and had to wait about seven minutes.Get home and look at the "large fries".I'm not happy.

No soda/tea, took 8 min to get food and no napkins provided. Employee was very polite. Will not visit this location again. Also did not like the atmosphere/ decor in the lobby.

Came last night 3/20 at about 11:30 pm. Someone look at the cameras and see how long the spicy McChicken patties were sitting there before they served me. I'm so sick today. Burping sulfer taste and bad cramps and diarrhea is tell tale food poisoning. I could tell it was stale. The rest of my family ate mcdoubles and they are fine. Only I had something different. Try to call and phone line is busy. I HATE YOU

Had a good turnaround experience at this McDonalds. There were many mixups in my order today. They made it right and also gave me a free combo coupon for the trouble. They apologized and had quality customer service skills. Quality young men working today.
