Nice remodel, but don’t go here during the night shift. Waited 15 minutes for a filet o fish just for it to come out completely wrong, I asked for 3 extra pieces of cheese and instead of that they put three slices of tomato and no cheese, then waited another 5 just for the manager to notice me, talked to another person waiting and he was waiting for more than 20 minutes for a 10 piece mcnugget. Idk who’s fault it is but I’m thinking it’s the manager. And the trash cans are always full past the brim. Nice but not.

Terrible customer service! They are so focused on the drive thru they neglect the lobby customers. When I finally saw one of the young ladies and asked if I could get service she rudely said " I'll get to you when I can". Guess they don't want lobby customers!

I am horrified! I just found a USED BANDAID in my daughters happy meal! How the hell does that happen if you follow food safety guidelines, easy THEY DONT!
It's okay, you get what you expect, sometimes your order is made incorrectly, order taker seemed new and took a very long time to get my order and still got it wrong
Just your typical McDonald's nothing great. The drive-thru line went through nice and quick though. Food was all right. Customer service was acceptable.
Ordered and paid on kiosk. Cheese burgers, spicy chicken, and fries came out hot.
This McDonald's is so nice and efficient!!! Such a nice group I thought they got my order wrong but they didn't!! I was wrong. Yet they treated me with the kindness that they always treat me with and remade a meal they shouldn't have had to!! I am so sorry to you and your team!! I should have known you were not wrong. Stopped in for a pickup and I have to say this McDonald's is absolutely space-age.Very clean and slick lobby, sliding glass doors, multiple digital ordering kiosks.Very clean for 9pm except for some kids playing with ketchup packets in the corner.Teenage employees took an extra minute to come talk to me but were friendly and helpful and all remained masked, which is probably appropriate at this juncture for a fast food establishment.Appears to be an excellent location, franchisee/manager should be proud.
I just went to McDonald's drive thru right now and I can honestly proudly say that this location has the BEST customer service, they're very quick on the order and on top of that super friendly!!! ☺️Thank you Alejandra and Elijah for being so genuinely nice! Keep up the great work!!
