My child was served frozen chicken nuggets. French fries were old and hard. On top of it all the employees are rude.

These guys are almost always fast abs the food is fresh. My only real issue is that at the order screen it can be a challenge to get the order taker to not put you on hold or even a bit short. I have had a few incidents where the food was not correct but, hasn't most places messed up a few times?
If I could give 0 stars I would. Management doesn't care, orders are always wrong. Ordered a 4 PC chicken nugget kids meal, they gave her eggs. I go into store, they say they can't help me... really.
I’m leaving this for the location on Belleview and I never leave a review because I’m very laid back and don’t let things phase me…..But the fact it was 1130 and the drive thru refused to respond to me at the ordering menu and when I pulled up the girl quickly walked away so I couldn’t see her really upset me ……….I’ve never experienced this IN MY LIFE until tonight. I haven’t been going to McDonald’s because my surrounding locations are never fresh take forever or just get the order wrong but to have an open store with an employee who can see me just to walk away is the nail in the coffin for McDonald’s for me…..I will never spend a dollar of my money at another store the only way I’m goin is if someone else is buying …..been goin and loving it since I was a kid and now you’ve lost a customer because of AWFUL customer service……
The day crew usually always has it together and it's not bad. Never get much wrong, decent food, etc. But the night crew is literally night and day. I don't even go here at nights anymore just days. The night crew is kind of rude and the food is terrible. Then if they leave something out and want your items they act like it's your fault. So go here during lunch def not dinner! 4 stars for day crew and 1 star for night crew!
Food was cold and it's not the first time lately. Usually love McDonald's but when you spend $31.00 you hope for a little better quality.
This is actually a really good McDonald's. I'm past the point of my life where I was acting like Micky D's was too good for me. Now I show appreciation. I appreciate you, McDonalds-I-Went-To-That-One-Time. You may soon become That-McDonalds-I-Go-To.
Their drive thru is disorganized. Two lanes to order but it's common to wait in one line while 2 or 3 cars pass you in the other lane. And on days they are closed, like Christmas, they do nothing to communicate that fact. You can see dozens of cars pull in and not know they are closed. Put a sign up on your drive through and let people know.
I wouldn't go to another location, had a great experience for the first time in the last 5 years from a McDonald's. I only come here now. The only thing I would add is to put salads in the menu, but other than that. GREAT!! THANKS
Over baked cookies and biscuits and sausage, doesn't give extra caramel, gives out apple fritter instead of donuts. When you call for a refund the person laughs at you. Filed a dispute with my bank. Any time I visit again I will check my food and quality at the window. Thanks!
