The seafood appetizers were exquisite. The fish tasted really fresh. My favorite was the salmon with pumpkin puree. It was sooo good! We ordered the takoyaki and it was gone before I could take a picture! My little picky eater ate 3 of them. We also ordered lamb chops and it was cooked perfectly (medium rare). The interior of the restaurant was clean and modern. I will be coming back.
It really is one of the best places for sushi in the area. Ordered the sashimi special, seaweed salad, hot tea, miso soup, and spicy tuna rolls. Service was also impeccable.
I am never coming back to this place. Not because the food wasn't good or high quality, but because I noticed that my server was fearful of their boss. I am not giving any details on why I wanted to talk to the manager to protect the servers identity. Nobody deserves to come to work and be talked down to by their supervisor, or be afraid to let a customer speak to the manager about their meal. Head over to Sushi Basho. I've been there many times, the food is great, and the employees are happy.

Speaking of LA, my NOLA friends were in town, which is how we ended up at this hidden gem. There were fifteen people and then some in my party and everyone was satisfied with the whole experience. Everything was high quality.Restaurant is beautifully decorated, and food is next level, with 24 courses. Presentation was perfect. Customer service was top-notch, without a doubt. Experience from beginning to end was amazing. By far, the best omakase experience to have experienced.

Decor is beautiful and the food is next level. Have been to many sushi restaurants around the world and this little gem in Littleton, CO is on par with any of them. A must try if you are in the area!
