I frequent this location often, and it always really good. However, I always order the big salad and lately they're not even filling the whole bowl with lettuce. Just really disappointing when paying $13 for a salad :(
I found several wood shards in my wrap and when I tried to call to report it, I received a voicemail that no one is available at this location to take the call during busy times. I went through their customer support phone number and they stated they could not help me and they transferred me to Doordash, the delivery service. Horrible customer service in dealing with this alarming issue.
They were super backed up with online orders and customers. One gentleman was running circles around the other 2 employees (maybe new hires?) trying to catch up. He looked very flustered but remained professional and courteous, both to his co-workers and customers. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise!
Their sriracha almond vinegarate dressing is runny and chunky and not good in taste. I usually order the same salad dressing at other Mad Green locations and it usually has a very creamy, smooth and good taste, but the Littleton location disappointed me twice so I guess I'm not ordering from them anymore.
Traveling in from Pittsburgh and wanted something tasty but healthy. WOW! Mad Greens was fantastic. Big portions (I got a medium), fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a clean welcoming atmosphere.
Between our group we had multiple wraps and salads and they were all delicious!! The amount of food you get for the money was also really good!
While I do like your food I’m very disappointed in the soup I was given yesterday! I ordered a cup and got maybe 1/4 if even!! I put a spoon in it to show how much I ended up with when order got home!
I ordered through their online website a month ago and unfortunately received my order incorrectly and inedible as it was a food allergy. When I called the store to get the correct order the manger was awesome and offered to refund my order so I could reorder correctly(which I did). We stopped in today to get lunch and I realized I had never received the refund when I brought it to the managers on shifts attention she automatically refunded our lunch and apologized for the inconvenience! Awesome food, awesome service!
Not sure why I keep coming back. Every time it is something. They are never stocked, the line is a mess. Today the girl making the bowls is popping her gum so loud I can hear it waiting in the waiting room. I love mad greens product. This is just ridiculous. Next time I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to a different location. Half the staff just fumbles around and never seems to have a clue where anything is. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
I come here a lot. A couple times I have been here the salad has tasted like dirt like they did not clean it.
