I’ve been going to Las Potrancas for years and tonight they lost a customer. We ordered fajitas the waiter brought a cold plate of steak fajitas that had been sitting out for quite some time. We tasted it and the meat had soured. We sent it back. Rather than apologize to us and make it right, the manager Alex tried to shame us into eating it. What he did was wrong. You can’t treat people like that. Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen choose another one. This one has gone down hill.
Salsa has perfect blend of mild-spice ratio. Chips are light and crispy. I had the Mole, and I definitely recommend. Beer was great and staff was very friendly. Better than Tex-Mex in my opinion.
Amazing customer service! Very friendly and accommodating just for a pick up order. The food was so delicious, and the large order I placed was 100% accurate. The attention to detail makes me so happy!
Fantastic service & authentic Mexican food! The enchilada and soft chile relleno were delicious! Huge portion for the tacos al carbon! Great selection of beer and tasty margaritas, I had the mango and strawberry! So good! Thank you Sergio!
Food is always delicious. A little more spicy than I remember, especially the salsa but still had a great flavor. I ordered the steak Potrancas and I couldn't believe the size of the plate it was served on. So much larger than I expected. Large portion of steak and all the sides. Amazing they can put that much on one plate and still make a profit. Our family will be back.
Taco Salad is best ever I have tasted in over 60 years; healthy, and wonderfully prepared and served with fabulous Green Chili.
All day Sunday happy hour. Had the green chile plate and t was really good.
Food is great and its nearby but the service ...not so much. Three separate incidents! I was charged $23 for 2 breakfast burritos and they forgot the bacon. Last time I ordered dinner for my entire family, they forgot our tostada and salsa! My son has a cheese allergy and they still added cheese to his items on a separate occasion. I will not be back!
We saw the negative reviews and wondered if we should eat here, but honestly, it was delicious. We ordered the guacamole dip, which was amazing. I had taquitos with green chile, and the green chile was just the right spicy. Delicious tortilla chips and salsa.
The food is delicious, the employees are nice and the to go time is excellent. So happy to have this as our neighborhood restaurant!!
